I woke up the next morning to Aidan moving around. I sat up on the bed, and looked at Aidan. He might be tough, but he looked so adorable in his sleep. I got up from the bed, and grabbed both of the envelopes that were on the nightstand. I sat back down and started to read it, which said:

Dear Son,

Why were you being so disrespectful to Hannah? All she was doing was delivering a message, and you were acting like the son I never wanted. Well, I guess that means you were acting like yourself. Aidan, believe me when I tell you this, I will have you killed.

- Andrew

Great. I didn't want to open the other envelope, just in case it was another rude ass letter. I got out of the bed, and set the papers on the desk. I walked back over to the bed, grabbed my phone, and walked into the bathroom. I was sitting on the floor, and just started to go through my phone. I wasn't really doing anything, but I was on it to pass time. After a few minutes, I heard Aidan say, "Y/N?" I looked at the bathroom door, and then got up. I turned the door knob, and walked out. "Hey, I'm here." I said, as I started to walk closer to the bed. Aidan looked at the night stand, and then around on the floor. "I was reading them, well one of them. It was a note from your dad-" "Andrew." Aidan interrupted. "A note from Andrew." I said, as I walked over to the desk, grabbed the papers, and walked back over to him. I handed him the notes, and I sat down in front of him, as he sat up.
Aidan started to read the one that I just looked at when I woke up. He crumbled it up, and threw it in the trash can (that was beside the nightstand). Aidan started to open up the other one, and I was scared that it might be another note from Andrew. Aidan, however, smiled down at the paper he was holding. "What is it?" I asked. "We got an invitation to a masquerade ball." Aidan said, as he gave me the paper. "I guess that's where he was going." Aidan said. "Let's get dressed, and go out to buy ourselves some fancy clothes." Aidan said, in a British accent. I laughed a little as I got up and walked over to my bag. I grabbed some clothes, and then headed towards the bathroom. I closed and locked the door, as my feet touched the cold ground. I got out of my pajamas, and got into ripped jeans, with a black and white striped shirt.
When I was done, I started to brush my teeth, and then my hair. Once I did that, I walked out with my pajamas in my hand. "Ready?" Aidan asked, as he looked up from his phone. "I just have to put my shoes on." I replied. Aidan was wearing black pants with a plain, dark blue, short sleeved shirt. After I finished tying my shoes, I grabbed my phone, got off the bed, and said, "I'm ready to go." Aidan grabbed his backpack and got off the bed. We both started to walk towards the door. Aidan and I left the room, and he closed the door behind us. "So, what dress are you trying to look for?" Aidan asked, as we were walking down the hallway to get to the elevator. "Not sure yet. What about you? Do you know what suit you want?" I asked, as I pressed the button for the elevator. "Just a regular black one." Aidan said, as the doors opened, and we stepped in.
Aidan pressed the button that would take us downstairs as he asked, "Since we're gonna be here for a few days, do you at least want to get to know each other?" He asked. As I was looking at the ground, I smiled. I then picked up my head, and smiled at him, "Yeah, I'll like that." Aidan smiled back at me. The doors opened and we stepped out. "Do you wanna get some breakfast first?" Aidan asked, as we started walking down the lobby to the doors. "Um, sure." I replied. I really didn't care what we did, as long as I got to know Aidan, I think I'll be okay. When we stepped outside, Aidan handed me his bag as we started to get closer to the car. Aidan unlocked the vehicle and we both got in our seats, and I placed the bag right back in it's spot.
"To iHop!" Aidan said, as he started the car, and then drove off. "Oh, and don't forget that we need to get masquerade masks." Aidan said, as he looked at me and then back at the road. "Oh, right, and what's going to be the plan for this?" I asked. "Can we talk about this when we get back to the hotel? I really want just this morning, while we're out, to be anything but what's going on tonight." Aidan asked. The way he said it was nice, though, and I guess we do deserve a break from all of this mafia talk. "Yeah, that's fine." I said. "Great. Oh, and before I forget, I made a playlist for us." Aidan said, as he typed in his password on his phone and then handed it to me. I saw the playlist; he called it Our Little Home. "Why did you choose this for the name?" I lasked, as a laugh escaped my lips, and as I tapped on the playlist. "Well, I did meet you in your, kind of, little house, and we are going to be living together. So, why not say it's ours?" Aidan said. My heart started to light up.
I started to go through the playlist to see what he put:
