Wei Ying and Wen Ning stood in awe at the breathtaking view before them as they entered the Celestial Mountain. The lush greenery, sparkling waterfalls, and vibrant flowers painted a picture of tranquility and beauty they had never seen before.
Suddenly, a group of people walked towards them.
"Wei Ying?" a gentle voice called out.
"Grandmother... I am finally home," Wei Ying whispered, his voice thick with emotion.
"A-Ying, what happened to you? Come, let's go inside so we can heal your injuries," his grandmother said, her voice full of concern.
The other people helped them walk to the family hall. As they entered, Wei Ying couldn't help but marvel at the grandiose yet warm atmosphere of the place.
"Grandmother, this is so wonderful," Wei Ying said, his eyes wide with wonder.
"A-Ying, this is your home now. You don't need to go anywhere, especially to those hypocrite sects. Here, you can finally be happy with your family, your cousins from both sides. I have a surprise for you, but for now, let's get you healed."
"Grandmother, this is my sworn brother, Wen Ning."
"Wen Ning, greets Grandmaster," Wen Ning said, bowing respectfully.
"Ah, Wen Ning, I've heard so much about you. Thank you for always being there for my A-Ying. For that, I have a reward for you—a surprise."
Once inside the room for Wei Ying, the healers attended to his injuries. The door opened, and a woman rushed in, hugging him tightly while crying.
"A-Ying, your A-Niang is here."
"A-Niang? You're alive? How?" Wei Ying asked, his voice filled with disbelief.
"Yes, A-Ying, but we are immortal now, just like your grandmother. It's one of the trials we had to survive. But don't worry, my son. Your A-Die and I are here now."
"A-Ying, it's about time you finally meet your whole family—from my side and your mother's side—since you've decided to come back here to Celestial Mountain," his grandmother announced.
