"Students, the selected names are on the bulletin board. Please check your name before you go. And as we have still time for competition, I would like to pair up your kids for a Music research assignment." The teacher said, and everyone started talking and whispering.
"I have already made pairs and I am telling one by one. Listen carefully." He said as taking out something from his file.
"I hope we got in the same team," Chae said as fingers crossed, and I giggled at her childishness. I looked over at Tzuyu, she was talking with her Boyfriend, and he intertwined their hands.
I don't know why I felt a pang in my heart and turned my face. Suddenly I am feeling angry or sad?
"So here we start." He said as telling the pairs.
"Chaeyoung and Somi." He said, and Chae bumped her head on the table. I gave her a sympathetic pat on her head.
"Sana and Tzuyu." As soon as he said it, we both exchanged our looks, and I facepalmed myself. Why?!!!!

"Did your teacher give assignments in your class?" I asked Mina and Momo while sipping my choco-mint milk. My energy drink!
We are together in our break time and discussing our class activities. I looked over Chae; she was stealing glances of Mina. She is looking cute.
'I think they will make a cute couple.' I thought and smiled inside.
"Hum...We also get one. I am researching about dancing. Aish!! I hate to study." Momo said as she roughly bit her sandwich.
"I and Sana are not in the same team. I got a team up with someone name Somi and she is with Tzuyu. But I don't even know what she looks like. And you guys? Are you two in the same or different?"
After mentioning Tzuyu's name, Mina immediately looked at me with a smirk on her face, and I rolled my eyes at her.
"We are in different teams. Momo with Dahyun. And I teamed up with a boy named Jimin." Mina said, and Chae seemed kind of off after mentioning Mina paired up with a boy.
"Hey! Are you Chaeyoung?" A girl with blonde hair came to our table. She is cute.
"Yes. And you?" Chae asked, and we looked at her.
"I am Jeon Somi. I am your partner. Wait for me in the library after class. I have to discuss the assignment."
"Ok. I will. Btw give me your number." Chae said, and they exchanged their numbers.
I looked over Mina; she seemed pissed off. Wow! I didn't see Mina's this side. Interesting!
"Ok, bye! Chaeyoung!" She hugged her and even kissed her on the cheeks; then left.
Chae was dumbfounded and blushed.
"She is cute," Chae said under her Breath but enough for us to hear.
The bell rang. Mina stood up without saying anything and left.
Momo looked at me with confusion and signed her to go after her.
"What happened to her?" Chae asked me, and I gave her I don't know the look.
'But I know. She is jealous.' I thought myself as walking towards the class.
After the classes...
"Ugh!! I am too much tired." Chae said as she let out a long yawn while stretching her arms.
"You are right. The classes were boring."
"Btw thanks for coming with me to the library."
"I also have some works there. I need to find some books." I said, and we both entered the library.
It's a pretty long room with the bookshelves decorated beside the walls. People are studying in groups, and I love the quiet atmosphere.
Somi waved at us, and Chae went to her. I went to the shelf consisting of music books; they have a huge collection. I collected some books and was about to go, but I bumped into someone, and the books fell to the ground.
"Ouch!" We both said in unison and looked at each other.
Why the hell do I always have to bump with her??? Aish!!
I thought she would scream at me, but she started giggling. The sound of her giggling is cute.
"Are you ok?" I took the books, dusted them off my back, stood up, and offered her hand.
She took my hand as she stood up and said, "Why do we always end up dumping with each other?"
"God knows. But it was harder than the first one."
"You are right. Btw here for the assignment?" She asked, pointing the books in my hand, and I nodded.
"Same here. Btw from tomorrow, we will work here after class. And give me your number." She said, and I felt an excitement inside me.
I am going to have her number...But am I started liking her?
We exchanged our number, and I was stealing glances of her.
Her hair is tied in a low bun, a short t-shirt exposing her belly button, and folded jeans.
"Baby! We need to go now." Here her dumb Boyfriend called her.
"Ok. I need to go now. But I will text you later." She said and was about to go, but I suddenly called. I don't even know why...
"Huh?"
"Uhm...Can we be friends? I mean we umm..." She came closer to me and gave a light squeeze on my hand. Seriously I felt a shiver into my veins.
"Ofc, we can. From now we are friends. Btw why does it sounds so childish? " She said, and we both chucked, then she left.
