After Taehyung questioned Jungkook, the said boy lifted his lips into a gentle smile, nodding his head slowly. He pulled Taehyung into a tight embrace, murmuring little 'yes' s and 'i like you too' s. Tears gathered in Taehyung's eyes, knowing that he had willingly confessed that he had grown feelings for a boy; For Jungkook. The two sobbed happily in silence, their hands pulling lightly at the other's shirts, with a will to get closer.
"I've known for a while," Jungkook started, as he pulled away from Taehyung, just enough to see the boys crystalised brown eyes. "You enchanted me with your selfless nature and forced me to stay close to you. At no point would I be able to stay away from you Tae, even if my life depended on it." Jungkook whispered seriously, tucking a stray hair behind the boy's ear.
"...I l-like you too, Jungkook. I-I feel ashamed in knowing that I was trying to conceal my thoughts for you," Taehyung whimpered sadly. "Everything that my father hammered into my skull since I was a kid all of a sudden didn't matter. It'll be hard when he comes back, but I trust that I'll have you to run back too." He spoke, looking up into Jungkook's eyes.
Jungkook knew how conflicted this made Taehyung, that night when he saw him in nothing but a towel, then the morning after when he prayed at the dining table - it all made sense. That old man brainwashed his kid, made him doubt himself, and made him try to remove the revolting feeling that was making his heartthrob; The revolting feeling of falling for the very gender he was opposed to love.
Jungkook quickly cupped the boy's face, his thumb caressing his bread cheeks as he looked deeply into Taehyung's eyes. "I know, I know how hard this is for you bubs," he whispered with a tear threatening to fall. "I-I'm glad that you're willing to like me, even telling me you are brave for." He said reassuringly. They both smiled knowingly, "You will always have me okay?"Jungkook spoke seriously, Taehyung nodded in response.

Taehyung pov
The two weeks away from my father had come to a fast conclusion, he pulled into the driveway as we speak. These past few days have been some of the best - especially since I now have a loving and extremely hot boyfriend. We confessed to each other about a week ago, and things have been nothing but good, except for when I had to leave for my house this morning, call it puppy-love but we really didn't wanna be away from each other - for surprisingly the same reasons. My father.
"Taehyung!" I heard my father call as the front door squeaked open. I bolted from my bed and quickly ran downstairs, grabbing the grocery bags from his hands. I ushered him into the house, numbly biting my lip as he hung up his woolly dark brown coat and fedora on the clawed-foot standing rack.
He pulled me into a close hug, his arms enveloping around my torso as he hummed silently. "I missed you, dear boy," he muttered gently, pulling away from me with a genuine smile. It was moments like these that I could cherish, the warm welcome, the familiar warm hug, and the steady stream of words he repeated each time he went out on long business trips.
I smiled tightly and flashed my teeth as I yelped, "I missed you too Father!" It was also times like these that made me forget about the scared 20-year-old that rose to the surface whenever I disobeyed him. He settled in quickly, preparing a quick vegetable soup on the stove, pouring copious amounts in two large ceramic bowls.
We settled at the table and picked up our spoons after saying grace; The soup almost flew through my lips as he asked me an oddly specific question. "What did you do the first week I was away?" He asked, not a tinge of suspicion or seriousness in his voice. I shrugged it off. "Just had a sleepover at the hyung's!" I chanted happily. "We cooked cookies, had a food fight in Jin Hyung's kitchen, went to the cafe sometimes for lunch!" I waffled nonchalantly.
Fr Kim pov
I knew that he was lying to me, if it wasn't for the gleeful and happy expression on his face I would have thrown him in that fucking room the minute he said the first sentence. I'm not an idiot, Mrs. Holdes sent me photo's of him and that little devil at a festival, late at night at a park, even photo's of them in the car! Not only him, but she also told me about those unfortunate friends of his. Should have known those faggots would infect and influence my boy. I will continue to play this child's game until he learns that the last thing you do is lie and disrespect me. Let alone god.

It was Sunday, the first mass in almost a month after the priest's visit to the city. He had told everyone the day before that this mass would be extremely special - for him to know and for them to soon, find out.
"My visit to the city was very intriguing yet petrifying, I discovered that a group of arsonist's were running wild through the city - thankfully no one was hurt." Fr began, almost halfway through his homily. His thankful smile turned into a sinister smirk, as he mentally readies himself for the rest of his 'news'. "Holy week was very diverse, to say the least," he said sneakily, taking a breath before continuing.
"I almost didn't believe some of these people were priest's and nuns!" He shrieked, earning a few muffled laughs. "They looked ridiculous waving those rainbow flags around, preaching about lgbtq or whatever it is called; rights and how they allowed to 'love whom they want'" He chuckled distasteful, eyeing a certain group of men - front middle of the main church.
"But-" he said deeply, "I'm sure there are people here who beg to differ," he snarled playfully. A sudden wave of chants erupted from almost every adult present - all except two males, seated at the corner of the room. "Anyone?" he muttered, "Anyone think they are right?" he spoke loudly, earning earnest 'boos.' "Not even you two?" he said as he points to Namjoon and Jin, their hands held tightly - fighting the urge to yell at him.
They turned to Taehyung, he was seated to the right of the altar - his body trembling as he fought the tears in his eyes looking at the displeased and upset faces that belonged to his close friends. For Taehyung, they looked down - avoiding the now aggravated priest. He quirked an eyebrow. "No? Then what about the poly faggots in front of you?" He yelled plainly. The trio snapped their necks to meet his devilish gaze.
Taehyung's eyes widened. How did he know? Taehyung saw the horrified look on his friend's faces as the crowd began mumbling curses and rude insults at the five boys in question. "Taehyung," Fr Kim muttered happily, gesturing for the boy to stand by him. The said boy's legs wobbled as he stood beside the priest.
"Did you know? Did you know that these men are sinners? Answer me, dear boy," He asked inquisitively - pretending not to know the answer. Taehyung hated lying, but he hated that room more - he would do anything to avoid it. "N-no, I-I didn't," Taehyung muttered quietly. The crowd rose to their feet glaring at the 5 boys, yelling 'liars!', 'They should be punished!', 'fags!'.
All while this was happening, Jungkook thought back to 3 years ago, the words, the glares, the realisations, the hatred. It all forced him to relive that day, and seeing Taehyung quickly breaking in front of him - he noticed how the boy would experience the same haunting pain he did. So, before he could pull Taehyung into his safe embrace, the said boy was told to go to the backroom, better known as the seminar rooms.
"My son isn't feeling too well because of this, so this mass is finished for today," he said, the seething fire in his eyes burning brighter. Anyone could tell, he was angry. Everyone filed out, and after about an hour, people came rushing back to the church.
The church currently was burning up in blindingly bright orange and red flames.
