After having spent the night with Moon, Sun told me that he trusted him enough to be in charge of nap time. I was very excited because I never got to see Moon, and also having the lights on at nap time isn't very effective. Sun was still hesitant, of course, but he said that he was willing to give Moon a chance.

"So I'll get to see both of you now?" I asked excitedly, hoping Sun would share the same enthusiasm as me.
"Yes, Sunshine, you will." Sun smiled sadly to himself.
"I..." I began, realising how mean that must have sounded. "I didn't mean it like that!"
Sun simply smiled and held my hands.
"I know you didn't, Sunshine..."

As the day flew by, Sun became increasingly anxious. I kept checking up on him every now and again, each time getting the same response of "Of course I'm okay Y/N! Why wouldn't I be?"

When the time had finally arrived, Sun shakily called out to everyone "It's nap time everyone!". A rush of tiny people made their way to the nap time corner, where no one was expecting what would happen next, not even me.
"I'm going to turn off the lights today," Sun sighed, regret creeping into his voice. "If anything happens, put the lights back on immediately, okay?" This was the strictest that Sun had ever sounded, so naturally we all agreed.
"Have a good sleep Sunshine's."

Two familiar red eyes pierced through the darkness, sending the children into a panic. I could just about make out Moon's face. He looked terrified. Even more so than Sun. He tried to get everyone to calm down, but it didn't work. He looked like he needed a hug, and no one else was going to go near him.
"Hello Moon!" I inched closer to him, and as he recognised me, relief flooded into his face.
"Oh Y/N! I'm so glad you're here!" He sounded like, if he could, he would cry.
"I'm sorry Moon..." I reached over and hugged him. "I really want to help, I know how much this means to you!"
"I appreciate it, Starshine, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do..." his fingers moved closer to the light switch, and as they rested upon it, I grabbed his hand.
"No!" I yelled, causing everyone to look at me.
"What are you doing Y/N?!" I heard someone shout from the crowd. "Stay away from it!"
"Um, actually, his name is Moon, and he is here to take care of us! See?" I hugged him again, and he smiled kindly as he once again wrapped his warm arms around me. "At least give him a chance!"

After everyone had gotten settled, and we were all tucked in, Moon picked up a book that was lying on the floor.

"And they all lived," Moon whispered soothingly. "Happily ever after."
Everyone was asleep, the rhythm of their breaths almost synchronised. It was just me and Moon now.
"I..." Moon blushed, probably embarrassed to thank me. "I just want to say, uh, thanks Starshine."
"No problem Moon!" I yawned, and I let the tiredness of the busy day take over.

Click! The lights came on with a start, and I rubbed my eyes, attempting to wipe away the sleep. Standing in front of us was Sun, his regular smile back.
"Did you all rest well?" He asked cheerily.
"Yes!" We all chorused, some still yawning.
"I'm glad! Now let's go play!"

After a busy few hours, we had managed to play hide and seek, drink copious amounts of FizzyFaz, and do some glitter glue colouring. By the time my parents had arrived, I was exhausted.
"Thank you Sun! Thank you Moon!" I waved as I left.
"Anytime Y/N! Have a safe journey home!"
