The blonde was walking around the campus. She didn't have classes today so she would normally go out for a walk and regroup herself. After the events of these past two weeks a regroup was definitely needed.

I can't believe they actually agreed to be civil with each other! We can finally become good friends again. Ijekiel is still talking about going on a date, but I really don't feel like being alone with him since Lucas came back. Speaking of Lucas, why does he hate Ijekiel so much? It makes no sense. I know they were rivals in the classroom, but Lucas normally came out on top. I can see why Ijekiel hates Lucas, but Lucas hating Ijekiel literally doesn't make any sense. I really hope they don't ruin the winter trip. I have to make sure to talk to Mom and Dad about the Lake house and asked them if it is okay to spend the week there. I also have to set up reservations for the dinner tom-

"Hey blondie," Athanasia heard her name called with only a type of affection one person would have. She looked in front  of her and saw the ravennette.

"Hi Lucas, whatcha doing?" she asked returning the fondness.

"Nothing much, I was walking around and saw that you were thinking really hard. You really need to stop scrunching your eyebrows together by the way," he said ruffling her hair.

She grabbed his hand and took it off her head, "Oh."

He interlaced their fingers and pulled her to keep walking forward, "So, what were you thinking about?"

He's holding my hand. "EH! Why are you tearing up? Ana?" Lucas questioned her worried.

Athanasia wiped her unshed tears, "Ah, it's nothing. Just happy to see you are becoming more and more comfortable again. Like you haven't really initiated any physical contact since coming back. Then, like- when was the last time you held my hand. I-. I just really missed you Lucas."

Lucas looked at Athanasia with awe. He pulled the girl into a hug, "I missed you too, Ana. How about we get lunch at the Cafe?"

The girl sniffled in response, "Yeah. I would like that."

The two college students sat across from one another. They both quickly ordered and after started conversing.

"Sooo, you never answered my question, Goldie," Lucas told the blonde.

"Huh? What question?" the blonde said looking away from the window.

"What were you thinking about earlier?" he said putting his elbow on the table, and his head falling soon after.

Athanasia's heart raced at how nice the man looked, "Ah, just thinking about what we should do for dinner tomorrow, and how I need to ask Dad and Mom about the lake house."

"Ohhh. Got any idea on where are going to eat?" he ask reaching to play with a strand of her hair that was on the table.

Athanasia glanced at the touch and smiled, "I don't know. I think we should go to the hibachi spot that is by the arcade in case people still want to hang out after.

"Hmm, okay."

"Lucasss," Athanasia called to the boy.

"Yesss," he responded back playfully. He started to twist her hair around his finger more and more.

"Why are you so distracted? I feel like you are barely listening to me," she said crossing her arms. She wasn't pouting, but she was displeased.

Lucas let out a huff. "Sorry beautiful, but I was just thinking about some things. What do you wanna talk about?"

Athanasia blushed slightly at the nickname. She may say flattery doesn't work on her, but for one certain person, that is a different story.

The blonde let out a breath, "Hmm. I was scrolling through my notes app earlier. There are conversation debate questions we can do?"
