Heather and Courtney ran up the stairs and promptly got drinks.

"C'mon!" Heather said, grabbing Courtney's hand and dragging her to the goth girl that was talking to her friends.

"Heyy, Heather!" Gwen greeted, she was obviously drunk. They started talking and dancing, Courtney and Gwen danced with each other the most. Heather was dancing when another senior came up and started dancing with her. Some part of her subconscious wanted her to stop dancing with the stranger, but the bigger, drunker, side of her wanted to keep swaying to the song.

Stop, you know you don't want to dance with him. Just back up. Say you aren't interested.

But you want to have fun. It's fine. Nothing bad is happening. You aren't even dating you-know-who.

But I want to.

"Hey!" She spun her head to see someone shouting at the random guy dancing with her. Heather could barely understand what was happening in her drunken daze. She saw a tall figure come up to her, she knew who it was, but couldn't make out his features. She was gently moved out of the way, then he threw a punch. Heather heard shouting, heard fists making contact, saw one of the guys stand up, yet she couldn't make out exactly what was happening. The winner walked up to her and slowly guided her out of the house. She should've been worried, she didn't know who this person was, but she felt calm and comfortable with the person.

Geoff partied his hardest on Friday. He and his girlfriend had broken up, he felt betrayed by one of his friends, and he overall just felt alone.

"Lighten up, Geoff, it's a party!!!" Duncan shouted. Geoff put on a fake smile and danced to the music. He left his drunk friend after a while and sat on the couch. He looked at all the people having fun, but he didn't feel the same way. The blonde started looking for someone, but she wasn't in the room.

The basement!

He darted downstairs, greeting everyone who passed by. Once he made it to the basement, Geoff took a look around. He spotted her talking to D.J. on the couch and swooped over.

"Hey, guys! Can I talk to you for a sec, Bridge?" He awkwardly asked. Bridgette slowly nodded and walked upstairs and out to the backyard with Geoff.

"So, what did you want to talk about?"

"I miss you. I know it's been only a day, but I can't be without you, Bridge. I love you, please give me another chance."

"Geoff, the way you yelled at me really hurt, and by the way you're saying it, you don't sound like you know what you did wrong."

"What I did wrong?" He was shocked, after years of being nothing but good to her, he deserved this?

"Are you stupid?! You accused me of cheating! You don't let me talk to other guys! You have to be around me 24/7! Why can't you let me be my own person?!" Some people heard what was happening, but most were too drunk to care. Geoff was visibly getting angry at the girl's accusations.

"I let you hang out with other guys! I let you hang out with Noah and DJ a lot!" That was his best argument. Bridgette rolled her eyes.

"DJ is too nice to steal his best friend's girlfriend and Noah is as straight as a circle! This isn't fair, Geoff, I'm not your property!"

"Stop thinking I want to control you! All I want is to be with you!"

"But you haven't even apologized!"

"What?! Why do I have to apologize!"

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?! YOU ARE SUCH A SHITTY BOYFRIEND! I'M DONE, WE AREN'T GETTING BACK TOGETHER GEOFF!"

Geoff, being the idiot he is, decided not to apologize. "YOU BITCH!" He called as she walked back inside.

"GO TO HELL." She called back with her middle finger high in the air.
