Wrath of Humanity

Prologue

Year: 3552

It has been a millennium since the Human-Covenant war ended. Humanity has know long gone past the dark days and now entered a golden age. At first tensions between the UEG and the Sangheili were high, but after the Banished were defeated the tensions seemingly disappeared. Humanity along with the now newly formed OSA (Orion Species Alliance) started rebuilding and expanding. They reverse engineered Forerunner technology and incorporated the technology into to their warships. The UEG decided to terraform the glassed planets and re-establish contact with the few remaining colonies that had survived the Covenant. At first they were reluctant to due to the UNSC establishing totalitarianism on the colonies but after a few negotiations they agreed to let the colonies have more power to make their own decisions, but still follow UNSC law.  Humanity then started fully exploring the galaxy and establishing more bases and colonizing worlds...Until they realized they reached the end of their galaxy. So after countless of years of hard work they finally created the a slipspace drive capable of extragalactic travel. The breakthrough was a big milestone for the UNSC, they started refitting the warships with this technology. The first planet to be colonized in the local Andromeda galaxy was the now newly named Harvest II on September 16, 2611. The planet would serve as a base of operations for the UNSC to explore the Andromeda galaxy. The human lifespan has now been expanded to 458 years old. As Humanity started exploring the Andromeda galaxy they discovered many new species such as the, Iriquisoi, Natumes, and the Vlotori. They initiated first contact with the species and offered them a choice of membership to the OSA or remain independent but follow the laws or the UNSC and remain peaceful. All the species choose to join the OSA and the species were given each a position on the High Council of the OSA. As more and more settlers poured into the Andromeda Galaxy more worlds were terraformed with a new technology that allows planets to be instantly changed to a lush green landscape with oceans and continents. As humanity once again in the same position it was 2 decades ago reaching the edges of the Andromeda, Humanity once again had to invent even faster FTL technology. Another decade past and finally Humanity was able to develop a Slipspace drive capable of crossing a galaxy in less than a day. Humanity then had their sights set on the 2 nearest galaxy, the Triangulum Galaxy. Their had been numerous reports of primitive radio waves. So when ONI sent a stealth prowler their imagine their surprise when they found a space faring species in the middle of a war. They did more research on the species and found out they were HUMANS?! Humanity wondered how the hell humans spread over to the Triangulum galaxy. ONI then decided to monitor them and let the events play out. But ONI did leave a couple thousand agents to watch over the galaxy and send intel back to them. After a long debate the UNSC and UEG finally decided to colonize the planets unknown to the local government. Lord Hood then created the Hood Protocol for extragalactic. The Hood Protocol states that should the species they find not at least a Tier 3 civilization then no contact shall be made. The UNSC would monitor the planet and only interfere when something violates the Mantle or another space faring species decides to invade the planet. Should the species have the capability of space faring then contact should be made through the decision of High Com. Should High Com choose to stay away then the UNSC will simply monitor them through stealth prowlers. Should contact be made then the Harvest Protocol will be initiated. The UNSC decided that once the Triangulum Galaxy's government finds them then they would make it seem as if the planet was not colonized by the UNSC and the humans are just native to the planet. The UNSC didn't want to get involved with the local government due to them being notorious for trying to annex a planet with a lot of resources and bring them to their side. Humanity decided to let the planet set up trades with only one planet as to make them seem less suspicious once they are introduced to the galactic stage. Humanity then placed a cloaked fleet of about 200 warships and 50 orbital defense platforms. They also had another 500 spaceships on stand by in case something goes wrong. The humans then set up multiple companies under the guise of the companies being formed on planets the local government has. The companies are secretly controlled by the UNSC. Humanity then colonized another 30 planets in the galaxy that are unknown to the local government. They made sure that once these planets were "Discovered" that the companies controlled by UNSC would set up trade with those planets, and wouldn't let other companies that aren't controlled by the UNSC to set up trade there unless given permission. All of this of course will change once the UNSC is revealed to the galaxy. The base of operations in the Triangulum Galaxy is named Edimus. Once the planets were terraformed using the Halo Ring to instantly terraform, settlers began pouring in. The settlers were given one law stating that "No UNSC affiliated military or civilian ship shall make contact with ANYTHING that is not of UNSC or OSA origin in the Triangulum Galaxy. In the case of this law to be broken should it be on purpose the ship is to be immediately fired upon if they are not discovered by the local government. And if they are to be discovered then the ship will be boarded arresting the crew then the ship will be blown up and the Harvest Protocol will be initiated". After the UNSC established the laws and protocols and moved on to the next galaxies. 8 centuries later the human population reached 981 trillion with 15 galaxies colonized. Along the way they encountered 14 other species, all of them joined except 1 which had to be annexed due to the species fighting a 4 month long war. Humanity has developed multiple ways of FTL but still uses Slipspace as their primary form of FTL. The humans also increased the human lifespan to 3657 years. The UEG and OSA has now officially become a Tier 0 civilization.

Ok sooooo this is the start to a story I always wished authors wrote but since no one did here I am! This story will contain many mysteries that will be further revealed throughout the timeline. And this will be a multi fandom crossover. And this is my first Fanfic so constructive criticism is allowed.
