Unknown POV

We see a bunch of personnel going about their daily tasks when one of them walks up to the figure looking at a holographic map and salutes and says "Sir the Guardian task forces have arrived in G5U28 at nebula designation N-GS82, all forces at nebula N-G382 have ceased fire as per Naval Code 59362 all hostiles have been terminated". "Good what off the rest of the galaxy and the Mass Relays?" the figure questioned, "All the species home worlds are firmly under control and the patrol fleet have been set in place we have complete control over the Mass Relays and have sent out Guardian fleets 90-160 to deal with the Reaper threat located between the void of G5U28 and G6U28 their ETA is 15 minutes" the officer responded. The figure frowns and asks "What's the delay?". "There has been a multiversal delay in U28 due to a species messing with things they shouldn't tamper with. The 11th dimension is under temporary lock down in U28 and should open up within 3 days," the officer responded. The figure frown deepened even more, "Have the perpetrators been dealt with?". The officer checked his datapad then looked back up and said, "Yes sir the Board of Directors for U28 have dealt with the species, after multiple warnings to not tamper with the device the Board of Directors have followed the Interdimensional Protocol Article 5 Section 4; Any species who or whom continuously conducts experiments without supervision or a permit after receiving 5 warnings, the perpetrators will suffer a life in prison or possible execution. Anyone other being with knowledge of this experiment but had no interference in the making of this experimentation will have their minds wiped clean of this event and in place will be put under a 24 hour supervision to ensure the mind wipe is successful afterwards placed back into society." The figure stood there for a moment then turned to the officer to reveal the face of the Supreme Commander of OSA Naval Forces or otherwise commonly known during the Insurrectionist and Human-Covenant War as Admiral Preston J. Cole. "Dismissed," Cole ordered the officer left and he faced the holographic map. " After a couple minutes Cole walked away from the bridge and left for his personal quarters.

3rd POV

Everything was in a standstill all the ships stopped firing after that message was broadcasted across the galaxy. Those who continued firing were either disabled and boarded or eliminated. It gave a illusion of peace on the exterior but when you look inside the ships the inhabitants were either panicking, pissing their pants, praying to whatever god(s) or goddess(s) they believe in, screaming like a bunch of deranged idiots, wounded ego, fainting, fantasizing, furious, bloodthirsty, throwing objects across the ships, fights breaking out. To sum it all up it was chaos. The captains of the ships tried to regain control after summoning their courage even after they were heavily demoralized too. It failed, fantastically all it did was cause more chaos. The more levelheaded ones tried to help the captains but that too also failed. Amazingly not a single shot was fired but probably because they were too busy fighting a mini civil war amongst themselves to care for what was going on outside. But it was because of what was outside that they were fighting a mini civil war amongst themselves. Did that make sense? No. Pro- No Definitely not. How does one get caught up in fighting to the point were you forget what you were fighting over for? At this point there was basically no chain of command it was a mini anarchy! The ones who did realize what was going on tried to get off the ship, but that failed spectacularly as they were disabled instantly and sent back to their ships. So what now you might ask well to be honest there was no way they would ever be able to regain the control of their ships without some form of leadership. Who knew the appearance of 40000 Guardians would cause so much chaos? But then again 1 Guardian in their standards is a superdreadnought. But in our standards it only classifies as a cruiser. But then again our Guardians are small but powerful with the capabilities to take on 9 300k battlecruisers and come out alive albeit scathed. So that explains the reason why they were freaking out that's another thing to add to the long list of t-h-i-n-g-s n-o-t t-o t-e-l-l t-h-e C-i-t-a-d-e-l C-o-u-n-c-i-l w-h-e-n w-e m-e-e-t t-h-e-m. But then again over 89% of things they do is "illegal" in Citadel terms. Such as genetic manipulation, AI's, Big Fleets, Activating Mass Relays, Tampering Mass Relays, Disassembling Mass Relays, Upsetting the "Balance of Power" (More like a way to restrict yourselves from ever advancing stupid move on their part)... And the list goes on....

So that's the end for this chapter. For a spoiler the next chapter will have no characters inside of it and basically will be a huge time skip with the events that happen written out.
