OCHA'S POV

A few days after the party sharon and the girls came over to my mums shop and helped out with the serving and all

it was such fun having them over cause they made the work less tedious and kept giving perverted customers mean looks to scare them from trying anything...

so do you like Gilams? Sharon asked me

uhmm...yeah i do I answered hestitantly wondering why she's bringing it up

she smiled cheerfully and let me tell you i don't trust that smile one bit

I eyed her suspiciously before saying well i dont really like him per say i mean i barely know him but he seems like a cool person

okay she replied

then kemi said i wouldnt mind hanging out with steven,did you guys check him out? he is one tall glass of cool drink, she had this dreamy but very funny look on her face and we all burst out laughing

she was startled by our laughter and shook her head like shes trying to clear it which made us laugh more

And by hanging out you mean...? i asked spreading my hand and shaking my head at her

she opened her mouth to answer but lisa beat her to it saying she wants him to be her boyfriend

we all looked at kemi questionly hoping she will deny it but instead she covered her face shyly

i looked at the girls hoping someone would speak up but lisa looked like very satisfied bout being the one who spilled the latest gossip and sharon just looked very amused,highly amused indeed i rolled my eye at her and mouthed whats funny? she just kept smiling stupidly and shook her head.

i've noticed sharon gets overly excited when we talk about boys i swear its her favorite topic probably because she's more experienced than we are.

i looked at kemi and said are you sure? i mean don't you think you are too young for this? we just finished school and the result isn't out yet i sigh
don't you th.... oh please spare us pastor amanda sharon interrupted

i mean she wants to date him not marry him,why do you blow these things out of proportion? she asked

i was hurt by her out burst and it guess it showed cause she immediately apologized saying im so sorry i didn't mean to yell at you

its okay,you know i'm just trying to look out for her i said

okay okay okay enough of kemi and steven,its obvious they'll end up together judging from the looks he was giving her at the party Lisa said wriggling her eyebrows and we all laughed

oops look at the time,ocha we have to start going oh its getting late sharon said

yeah,lets say bye to your mum before we leave said kemi

mummy we are leaving oh the girls chorused to mu mum

my beautiful girls thanks for helping out today,God bless you my children,be sure to send my greetingd to your parents

ocha,Give your friends takeaway pack before they leave

while seeing the girls off sharon suddenly asked ocha do you like my brother?

your brother ? i asked feeling rather confused

yeah,scott she replied

sharon what is it now? first Gilams now scott, are you trying to confuse me or what? i asked feeling very annoyed at sharon

i'm sorry, im just trying to clarify things she said

clarify what exactly? i asked

well the thing is scott likes you alot i mean a whole lot and well i know you like him too atleast to an extent,you are all he talks bout and i must say i feel the air sizzling when you guys are together and i know you might deny these things cause you consider it ungodly but i feel you should think bout it she said

i was shocked at everything she just said not because they are not true but because she actually noticed and trust me sharon is not that perceptive.

i really didnt know to say say so i kept quiet and we walked in silence. if you know or better still since you think i have feelings for scott why did you ask me bout Gilams earlier? i asked breaking the silence.

well you were very open with Gilams at the party,i mean he was flirting with you and you were flirting right back and at that point i didnt know what to think.

i just stared at her with my mouth open

i asked cause as much as i love the idea of you and my bro together,you are my best friend and if you like Gilams then ill support you

wow wow wow there, you are making it seem like we are in some sort of love triangle, i've met Gilams just once and like i said he's nice enough besides you know how i feel bout relationships so can it end here? i asked

oh..i almost forgot scott said to tell you he's bringing the guys over to try out your mums food in two days and we might just tag along she said gesturing at lisa and kemi.

oh....okay, no problem

but one more thing,you never answered my question she said
