I stood with my group of friends to take the last picture,i've literally been on my feet all day, despite the ache i feel in my feet i can't shakeoff the giddy feeling in me and the sense of acccomplishment i feel today is not something i want to let go off anytime soon. i'm graduating today top of my class with a first class degree in business administration and i'm beyond estatic,finally the reading and studying is over atleast for now until i decide to further,i also have a national diploma in food tech,scott encouraged me to get it since i plan on owning a chain of resturants in the future. speaking of Scott he stalked of to his car in mock anger complaining about how its taking forever to take pictures.
i walked to the auditorium to return the gown and now i'm looking for scott in the parking lot but i can't seem to find him, suddenly i feel hand wrap me in a hug and familiar tingles on my back made me relax instantly.
Scott...i breathed out shakily and he smiled at me smoothing my hair.
where you looking for me ? he asked
i nodded smiling up at him,'Alright lets go' he replied pulling me towards his car.
My mum and siblings left a while back and i told them i would be spending the night in school with my friends but i will actually be at scotts apartment,its not entirely appropraite to tell them the truth. since scott got his apartment which is just forty five minutes away from school,i've been spending my weekends there,though i was hesistant at first but scott promised nothing sexual will happen between us till i'm ready and he has kept his promise. we have been together for five years now and its been beyond amazing ,i've experienced life beyond what i imagined and everyday i thank God for sending a guardian angel to me,Scott is just the best,caring ,loving ,God fearing,i could'nt have asked for a better person.
ocha' Scott called shaking me out of my thoughts,
we are here...he said and got down from the car and walked round to my side of the car,he opened the door and bent down to my level.
Hey... he said smiling. I just stared back at him to tired to say anything
Are you tired ? he asked and i nodded
sorry dear... come,he scooped me out of the car before i could comprehend what he meant and carried me out locking the door behind. we got into the apartment and he dropped me on the bed in my room.
Don't fall asleep on me dear he said before walking to the bathroom,
Amanda don't fall asleep,you need to have your bath so you can sleep well he called from the bathroom. He came back into the room and bent down taking off my shoes,i just put on the water heater he said dropping a kiss on my forehead before leaving me to my privacy.I could'nt help but smile after him,see what i said about him being caring ?
i walked into the kitchen to find Scott making dinner, i felt bad for stressing him and called sweetie you shouldn't be doing that, he turned and pulled me into him arms, its not a problem i know you are tired beside you are my guest he said dropping a kiss on my nose,i sighed and dropped my head on his chest while he caressed my back.he lifted me into the counter top and turned back to the pot.
After dinner Scott and i snuggled together on the couch in the living room,trying to watch the news.
Scott i called and he looked at me with such tenderness i almost started crying,i moved closer to him and said thank you for today,for everything,i couldn't have done it without you,thanks to you i'm a graduate,you gave me the wings to fly and you helped me discover the myself, thank you i breathed once again leaning up to kiss him,he kissed me back tenderly before dominating the kiss ,he gently bit my lower lip pushing his tongue into my mouth, i gasp in surprise giving him more room to explore my mouth,i moaned in pleasure as he played with my lip and caressed my tongue with his,he slowly lowered me to the couch without breaking the kiss which went on for almost twenty minutes it was like we just found each other and couldn't help ourselves, his hands went under my T-shirt caressing my tummy,the warmth of his hand on my skin was like a bucket of cold water on my head and i gently pushed him breathing heavily....he stared at me with a dazed look and i cleared my throat.
I think we should stop i said and ran to my room locking the door, he knocked on the door ten minutes later and called out 'ocha'...can i come in please?
No, can we make it tomorrow please?
Aman...he started to say but i cut him off saying 'i'm really tired'
