Adrianna pov

In the cell there are two small bodies huddled together, both staring wide eyed at me.

I instantly feel sick, knowing Adonis has held children in here for who knows how long.

Leave them.

But when I see the flash of blonde hair I freeze.

"Mummy...?'

I stand in front of the cell dumbfounded. Did someone shove meds down my throat without me realising? Am I hallucinating again? Am I losing my marbles?

How could she be alive? I saw her throat get slit in front of me? My mind fumbles with all the possibilities.

"C-Ciana..?"

She gets up as quick as she can, which isn't that fast, and stumbles towards the bars. My eyes fill with tears.

"Princess?"

I fumble with the keys, still in shock, and unlock her door and immediately bring her into her arms. She's grown so much but she feels the exact same.

She still provides the same warmth and comfort. I take a few moments to breath her in.

"Who is this Ci?" I ask referring to the small boy in her cell.

"He is my friends Elijah. He was already here when I came here." She mumbles.

"Well come on, get him up, we need to get out of here quickly. I'm going to take you both home okay? I'm so sorry about him taking you both but I promise you're both safe now okay?"

She nods and goes back into the cell to help Elijah stand. His knee looks swollen, so I slowly approach him, understanding how he's feeling right now.

"Hey Elijah. I'm Adrianna, Ciana's mum. We don't have much time to get out of here, but do you think you're capable of walking, or would you like me to help you?" I ask him calmly.

He nods slowly and flinches when I slowly reach for him. Anger flares through me but I shut it down and gently pick him up. I nod towards Dmitri and Gage.

Make them pay for what they did to the kids.

"We need to leave now. I have a car parked not too far from here."

They both nod and the 5 of us sneak out of the cells and manage to get back outside, using Gage's ID card. On our way out I make a quick detour to the lab to get a few injections. More seventh heaven drug, their quick healing drug and some adrenaline. I shove them all into my bag and return to the others.

We all get to the car I parked after 15 minutes of walking, and making sure everyone is okay. I place Elijah in the backseat, and Ciana sits next to him. Dmitri sits next to her and Gage sits in the passenger seat.

I jump in the drivers seat and I pull a device out of my pocket.

"Do you two wanna press the button that makes this place go boom?"

Elijah eyes light up at the mention of a boom. He nods frantically, a smile on his face.

I pass him the remote, but he takes Ciana's hand with his, and they press it together.
