"Crush" (Camilo Madrigal x Reader)

~Tío Bruno~

"If it was all in my head how did I cut my hand? I would never ruin Antonio's night" Mirabel held her hand out to Julieta. 

The dream faded then turned to a faded green, no not just the colour green, green eyes. A yellow butterfly flew. The Casita Madrigal started crumbling and then reassembling, crumbling, then reassembling. It repeated this a few times before showing Mirabel. 

Then it went black

I woke up in a bit of a sweat. The dream was horrifying, Le Casa Madrigal Crumbling just seemed impossible to imagine. Those green eyes, whose were they?  I didn't recognize them.

They weren't Camilo's nor Pepa's. These eyes were much more sunken yet the green was more vibrant, and their seemed to be a green glow around them as well.

And the words at the beginning, those were the words Mirabel used last night as she explained to me and Julieta what happened. Ididn't know what to think of what Mirabel said then but now? 

It seems like she may be right...

After I finished my shift I went over to the Madrigals in search for Mirabel, I needed to tell her what I saw. I avoided being seen in la Casita and made my way to Mirabel's room. She seemed to be putting together some sort of puzzle. 

"Mirabel, about last night...I believe you and i'm sorry I didn't earlier but I had a dream and..." she turned around and hid my view of what she was putting together. 

"Mhm yep great! i'll talk to you tomorrow ok? she walked over to push me out the door but I spun around her and looked at the picture, it was the picture from my dreams. 

"Mirabel..." I turned and saw her standing there with a worried frown on her face.

I heard somebody knock on the door and my eyes widened as Agustine walked in. Nobody moved as he saw the vision and Mirabel tried to explain. 

"We say nothing, abuela wants tonight to be perfect so until the Guzmáns leave, you did not into Bruno's tower. The magic  is not dying. The casita is not breaking. Luisa's gift is not fading. No one will know. Just act normal. No one has to know," he put one hand on each of our shoulders until we heard a squeak.

We all looked toward the noise and Dolores was standing there. "I know," she squeaked once again and quickly walked off.

"She's going to tell everyone..." Mirabel and I said simultaneously.

I waited in the kitchen for the dinner with Mariano to be over, hopefully Dolores didn't mess this up...

I heard Camilo choke on his food and Felix telling him to fix his face, then a minute later somebody spat water and somebody else gasped. 

Dolores is definitely telling them...

A few minutes later there was chaos then I saw rats carrying green pieces down the hall. 

'The pieces of the vision!' I thought. 

I followed them until they went past a picture, Mirabel was behind me, she had noticed them too. We stepped into the portrait  and went down the space between the walls. 

We saw a figure holding one of the pieces and he started running.

Mirabel started running first and soon after I followed. There was a large hole in the floor boards, I watched Mirabel backup. So I went first, I jumped but then one of the boards broke and my foot fell. I quickly grabbed a piece of wood that was sticking out and caught it.
