Holly wondered how her daddy's been doing without her home.
Holly briefly pondered if her daddy was missing her as much as she was missing him.
Since the day he took her away from the Dursley's like a Superman-no a superdad that he was, she had always been carefully nurtured and loved by him.
It was already sunset and Holly quietly wrote to her father and little brothers, the candlelight illuminated her young tender face.
"Holly...it's time to sleep." Her roommate yawned tiredly.
Holly finally looked up from her letter when she finished it off with her signature. She spelled her letter dry and sealed it with her personal stamp that her father had carefully crafted and gifted to her on her 11th birthday.
She set the letter on her desk, ready to send it off later the next morning.
She crawled onto her bed and stared at the red curtains in silence. Her curtains had been drawn shut, easily blocking outside noise.
It was too quiet.
She couldn't help feeling homesick and kind of wanted to go home.
She pulled her curtains open and looked around the room and glanced at the other 3 beds beside hers.
She carefully and quietly got off her bed and shuffled over to the bed next to hers and softly tapped the sleeping girl.
"Wake up..." she softly whispered.
The sleeping girl shifted in her sleep as Holly prodded her shoulder a few times and the girl got up reluctantly.
Her coffee colored eyes looked blearily at Holly who shyly stood beside her bed looking pitiful.
She sat up and patted for her to sit down.
"What's wrong Holly?" She asked in concern.
Holly sniffed, "I miss my daddy...*sniff* and my baby brothers, Hermione."
Hermione sighed softly, she too missed her parents but she was used to her parents always being busy like Holly's dad.
However unlike her parents, uncle Cepheus always had time for Holly. He was a constant in Holly's life, so for him to be gone was making Holly feel unsettled.
"There...there... You will see uncle again soon.." she comforted her bestie.
Holly smiled shyly, mildly embarrassed but comforted. "Can I... can I sleep with you just for tonight?"
"Okay..." Hermione breathed. "Come over and bring your pillow, but this is just for tonight."
"Thank you! Thank you!" Holly whispered happily as she grabbed her pillow and settled next to Hermione.
"Goodnight, Holly."
"G'night Hermione...."

Cepheus stared up at the night sky and wondered how Holly was doing. Was she missing him just as much as he was missing her?
Although he initially came to the parallel universe to relieve his boredom, he had grown to care deeply for his children. He was originally planning to leave once Holly turned 21 and he could pass over the Potter Fortune, her rightful inheritance but now he worried.
Holly was obviously not interested in...working. And added two additional sons who were far younger than Holly, Cepheus felt it was a tad bit cruel to leave too early so he decided to just live life until he was gray and a pile of old bones.
His slender fingers rhythmically tapped against his desk as he sat in deep thought, his hazel eyes roamed around his study before they paused on the family portrait on his desk.

Hermione blinked blankly. When she comforted Holly last night that she would see her father soon, she didn't think it would be this soon.
"Uncle Cepheus..." she greeted the handsome man who easily drew attention and appreciative glances from the passing females and males.
"Hermione." He greeted her warmly with his usual hint of noble air.
A wavy black-haired 11 year old with emerald green eyes made her way to the brunette when she took notice of the person standing next her and gasped in surprise.
"Dad!" She gasped excitedly running up to her father.
"Princess." He warmly greeted, pulling his daughter up into a crushing hug.
"What are you doing here? Not that I don't want to see you, 'cause I really did miss you. But aren't parents not allowed on Hogwarts grounds???" Holly asked him confused with Hermione who wondered the same thing.
Cepheus smiled an indescribable smile, "who said I was visiting my daughter? I, an alumni of Hogwarts with the greatest honors, just happened to want to take a walk through memory lane. It was just a coincidence that I managed to bump into you two."
Holly stared at her dad suspicious, Hermione easily understood why Holly wasn't a Ravenclaw. It was so obvious, she wanted to bang her head on the wall but it would really hurt so she refrained the urge.
Cepheus chuckled at her naive face, it was a pity he couldn't bring his two sons as he didn't want to spoil their experience when it's time for them to attend Hogwarts.
"How's Hogwarts, is it the same." An annoying familiar voice asks cheerfully behind them.
"Ugh." Father and daughter tch'd annoyed.
