The next day.

After three hours of non-stop walking, Coach called for a much needed break. We stopped near a small hotel which served snacks and drinks. Almost everyone ordered something to eat. All the seats were taken and some of the students were sitting outside either talking or taking pictures.

It was crowed so I decided to find a quieter place for Alex and I. I dragged him with me and he followed me until we reached a small land surrounded by trees and bushes. The sun was peeking through the tall trees and soft winds blew around us.

"Here. We can sit here." I said as I pulled off my bag and plopped down on the soft green grass. Alex did the same.

I sighed, feeling the soft grass under my fingers.

I pulled out my water bottle and took a sip out of it while peeking into Alex's iPhone.

He noticed me and pulled me to his side.

"Valerie posted a picture of them. They went on a date I guess." He said, as I snuggled into his side to get a proper look at the picture.

Valerie was Alex's elder brother; Nathan's fiancée.

I took his phone and admired the picture.

"We should go on a date too." I said in awe with how good both of them looked together.

"Yeah." He nodded, while taking a sip from his bottle.

I opened his camera and decided to take a picture of us. I shuffled closer to him and snapped a photo when he put down his picture. The picture had a side view of Alex's face, showing off his perfectly angled jaw and his wet lips. On his side it was me smiling, with my hair slightly out of place.

"Here. Let me take a picture of you."

He took his iPhone and I pulled away to get my picture clicked. I soothed out my hairs and pulled down my mini skirt before smiling for the camera.

Alex took a few pictures while I posed and then showed me the result.

In all the photos the light and background was amazing but in most of them it seemed either I was smiling too much or my hairs were out of place or my hands or legs were awkwardly placed.

I sighed. "Delete all of them. I don't like them."

"Why? You look so good. I was thinking of posting them." He said as I saw him tap something on his phone.

"What!? No!" I jumped on him to pull away the phone but he held it away from me and chuckled.

"Fine! Give it to me I will choose which one to post." I pouted.

He gave it to me and I swiped through the pictures. Alex confused me by saying that every single one was good but I finally decided on the picture of Alex and I, which I clicked earlier.
