5 year old Andrés giggles as he plays with his cousin Mirabel who's 4.
"Today I get my gift. maybe it will be cool like Tia pepa's. I'd make it snow. " he say daydreaming
"maybe super speed!" Mirabel says and runs around
He laugh then hears a knock on his and mirabel's shared room.
"papa!" Andres shout and run to Bruno.
He picks up his son and ruffles his hair.
"your mami told me you wasn't ready yet. " he said
"I can't ever be ready for my ceremony without you pa. I couldn't find you so I told mami I won't do anything without you."Andres said
Casita brings the clock over.
"well then let's go before your Abuela gets upset. " Bruno puts him down.
He holds both Andres and mirabels hand.
"We'll be waiting at your door. " Bruno promised.
He take a deep breath as he goes and stand at the bottom of the stairs. Andres look up at his parents and his mom Cecilia blows him a kiss. he pretend to catch it and put it to his heart. he walks up the stairs and sees Abuela smile at him. Andres stand in front of her.
"will you use your gift to honor our miracle? Will you serve this community and strengthen our home?" Alma ask as her grandson holds the candle
"Si" Andres agrees
He lets go of the candle and walks to the door. He touches the door knob and it lights up. Andres gets excited then he starts teleporting from one part of casita to another. soon he teleports on top of Bruno's shoulders and giggles.
"cool! i can teleport. "
"we have a new gift!" Abuela says proud.
Bruno takes his son off his shoulders and hugs him with his wife. the family cheers. Andres takes a picture with his Abuela in front of his door smiling bright. He's going to make his family proud.
