I quickly looked at the text
Once I read it I quickly hid it from Tubbo
'Follow my lead'
My heart dropped, then a call came through from josh
I took a gulp and answered it
"Hay babe!" Josh shouted loud enough for Tubbo to hear
"Babe?" Tubbo uttered
"Hi josh" I growled
"Can you put me on speaker,It's hard to hear you" josh added
I could hear the smirk in his voice
"Sure" I groaned
I pressed the speaker button, and watched as Tubbo stared at me taking
"What did you want?" I said trying my best to put on a fake smile
"I wanted to make sure you were still up for our date later" josh asked
"Date?" Tubbo questioned
"Whose that babe? It sounds familiar" josh toyed
"Babe?"
"It's Tubbo" I said through gritted teeth
"Tubbo!? But I thought you two broke up.... You know when you told me that Phil was gonna get you that house, OUR house" josh added
"You and josh?" Tubbo whispered, slowly backing away from me and out of the room
"Tubbo I can explain-"
"SAVE IT!..
I thought I knew you" Tubbo cried as he ran out of the room
"What the HELL!" I shouted through the phone at jos who started bursting out into laughter
"Has he gone? Oh my god that was incredible I loved every second of that" josh laughed
"Well not every second I didn't enjoy pretending to be one of you fags"
"Ok fuck off" I growled then ended the call
I attempted to run up to Tubbo, so I could try and explain the situation but it was no use
He was crying into Shawns shoulder.
It should be mine
I should be the one comforting him, not making him cry.
"Tubbo I-"
"Ranboo you should go. It was great seeing you again and I'm glad you're ok but it's not right what you've done, so please go" Shawn interrupted
"But let me exp-"
"FUCK OFF RANBOO!" Tubbo screamed into Shawns shoulder, trying his best not to look at me.
The way his voice trembled hurt my core, the way his eyes were already puffy and red killed part of me even though I couldn't see the full picture.
My head dropped my mouth opened to say something but I stopped myself.
Assuming Tubbo wouldn't want to hear it.
So instead I walked away, once I got into the elevator I headed down to the lobby where I saw Gwen talking to Nikki, it was nice seeing them both. Especially Nikki after so long.
But I didn't have the heart to talk to them so I slightly waved then walked passed them, ignoring there calls to talk to me.
I slowly walked home, debating wether or not I should go into a bar but I opted not to, assuming I'd do something stupid if I drank anything.
So once I got home I stumbled to open the door, trying to get the correct key, but my door was opened by someone else
"Welcome home Ranboo"
"Phil? What are you doing here?"
