Single parent

3rd person pov:
Yn was in target with her four year old daughter Zoey,  she didn't want her daughter's father in her life, their relationship was very toxic and abusive, she didn't want her daughter to hear what was happening, so when she found out she was pregnant, she broke up with him and left.

Yn was walking around target getting food and different items for the house, Zoey was walking beside Yn and holding her hand, even though Zoeys only four, she knows her father isn't in her life, just her and her momma.

When Yn went out into the kitchen isle, Zoey saw toys walking past an isle, she let go of Yn's hand and walked over to the toy isle, she found a cute little teddy bear and turned to show her momma, but when she turned around she couldn't find her.

Zoeys pov: ( hope this makes sense)
I saw a toy and picked it up to show momma, when I turned around momma wasn't there, I panicked and looked around looking for her, my eyes filling with tears, scared I won't find her.

I went over to another isle and saw a group of five older people, I didn't know any of them but I didn't know where my momma was, I shyly and slowly walked over to the group and pulled on one of their trousers, he looked down and went to my height.

"You ok, little one?" He asked, I slowly shook my head and held the teddy tighter "I c-can't find m-my momma" I said on the verge of tears, he gently picked me up and put my head on his shoulder, the other men looked at me and smiled.

"Do you want us to help you find your momma?" One of them asked me, I smiled and nodded. We were walking down different isles trying to find her. "Is your dad here as well?" One of them asked "My dad isn't in my life, he hurt my momma before I was born. I never met him but she's a bad person that hurt my momma"
They all looked at each other and frowned "What does she look like?" The boy who was holding me asked me, I told them her hair colour and what she was wearing.

We were waking around isles trying to find my momma, when I heard someone call my name
"Zoey?!" "Zoey?!"I smiled and turned to the man "That's my momma!" "Let's go find her then" he smiled, we turned a corner and I saw my momma.

"Momma!" I screeched, the man let me down and I ran to her, she picked me up and held me tightly and kissed my head over and over again
"Oh, my sweet girl, are you ok?" "Yeah, these people helped me find you" She looked at the men and smiled.

Daniels pov:
Me and the boys were in target, we were goofing around and going in and out of different isles, Jack and Zach were being goofy and we were all laughing. I felt a tug at my trousers, I looked down and saw an adorable little girl, she told us she couldn't find her mom and we decided to help her.

"Is your dad here as well?" Corbyn asked her
"My dads not in my life, he hurt my momma before I was born. I never met him but he's a bad person that hurt my momma" she replied, we al looked at each other and frowned, poor girl.

We kept going through different isles until we heard someone "Zoey?!" "Zoey?!"The little girls eyes go wide and she smiled and turned to us
"That's my momma!" She smiled. We went down another isle and saw a girl around our age. "Momma!" The little girl in my arms screeched. I put her down and she ran to the girl. She turned around and saw the little girl running to her.

She picked her up and continuously kissed her head. " oh my sweet girl are you ok?" The girl asked her daughter. She nodded and looked at us "yeah that's people helped me find you". The girl looked up to us and smiled. "Thank you so much" she smiled. "It's nothing, glad we could help" Corbyn smiled. I kept looking at her and her features. She had gorgeous long brown hair with blonde highlights through it. She had an over sized hoodie on and leggings. Her hair was in a slight messy bun and oh my god she looked so gorgeous.

The little girl in her arms giggled and put her head on her moms shoulder. The girl noticed this and started slowly rocking her. "We'll leave you to it" jack whispered to me, smirking. They all walked off and I walked over to the two girls. "Your daughter is gorgeous" I smiled. Making faces at her daughter. "Thank you, this is Zoey, she's four" Zoey started squirming in her arms so She let her down. She instantly runs to Me and hugs my leg. I chuckled and picked her up. "Sorry about her. She's not normally like this." I laughed. "Its fine, she's adorable. One of my best friends has a daughter as well" I said looking at the little girl in my arms.

I looked back at her mother and she was smiling at the both of us. "I'm Daniel" I introduced myself. So it would be less awkward. "I'm Yn." She smiled back. "Would there be any chance I would be able to get your number?" I asked smiling. She smirked and handed me her phone. I put my number in.

"I gotta go find my friends but I'll see you around Yn" she giggled. "I'll see you around Daniel." We said our goodbyes and I walked off to find my friends. When I met up with the boys. I heard little feet padding across the isle. "Wait!" I turned around and saw Zoey running over. Yn at the top of the isle looking over to us. Zoey ran over and hugged my leg. I looked over to Yn and she nodded.

I picked her up and she immediately wrapped her arms around my neck. "You ok Zoey?" I looked at the boys and then back to Zoey. "Please don't leave my momma alone" I heard her whisper. I chuckled and whispered back. "I don't plan to, I can promise you that".

After a few minutes Zoey and yn had to leave. I turned back to the boys and they were all smiling. "What?" They all looked at each other then back at me. "You have a good heart man" jack exclaimed. I smiled and nodded. "I'm guessing we'll be seeing a lot of Zoey and yn?" Zach asked smirking. Again I nodded blushing.

"You guys will definitely be seeing Yn and Zoey a lot". I smiled
