Quiet girl

3rd person pov:
Yn walked down the crowded halls, ignoring everyone in her sight. She had her head down, to cover the slightly bruised cheek, caused by her father. She was always known as the quiet girl and no one would talk to her because she didn't like talking to anyone.

When she got to her locker, they're was ruckus coming from the front of the hall, she looked over and saw the people, everyone wanted to be or wanted to date. Corbyn Besson, Jack avery, Zach Herron, Jonah Marais, Eben Franckewitz and Daniel Seavey.

They were known as the popular boys of the school, everyone wanted to be them. Yn not so much, she didn't want to have attention on her so people wouldn't know what happened in her house.

When the bell went for people to start going to class, Yn had English first class, which she liked, she walked into the classroom and sat at the back of the room, thinking no one was going to sit beside her.

Little did she know, she was very wrong.

She felt a presence sit beside her and saw it was none other that Daniel Seavey. Yn put her head down and made sure her cheek wasn't showing, lucky enough for her, he was sitting on the side there was no bruise.

Half way through class, the teacher was talking about a project. "So guys, who ever you're sitting beside, that's your partner for this project" 'shit, it's Daniel' Yn said in her head.

At the end of school, Yn went to her locker and got all the stuff she needed for homework. She closed her locker and saw Daniel standing beside her locker. "Hey, I was just wondering if we could start the pro-" he stopped himself and looked at Yn's cheek, noticing the bruise.

"What happened to your cheek?" He asked, looking at her cheek. Yn covered her cheek and tried to cover it up with an excuse. "O-oh I fell a f-few day a-ago" she stuttered.

Daniel didn't believe her, but nodded his head, still not believing the girl. They agreed to meet at the weekend to start the project, since it was Friday. They're meeting up tomorrow.

When Yn got home, her father was passed out on the couch, so she sprinted into her room, making sure she didn't wake her father up. Which she luckily didn't. She lied on her bed and thought about how tomorrow was going to happen.

It was the next day and Yn was walking to the park to meet with Daniel, this morning wasn't a good morning, Yn ended up with a bruised rib, cut lip and a nose bleed. Which she covered, hoping Daniel wouldn't notice.

"Hey Yn!" Daniel said with a smile, showing his cute tooth gap. Yn smiled and walked over to Daniel. "Hey Daniel" yn said sitting beside Daniel. They started talking a out the project and Daniel noticed the cut lip, but ignored it. "Hey, do you want to go to mine to start the project?" Daniel asked looking at the girl, she nodded and they grabbed their stuff and headed to Daniel's house.

Time skip:
It's been a few weeks since Daniel and Yn started the project, Yn's father hasn't got better, in fact he's gotten worse.

Yn walked into school with her hood up because of how bad her father bet her last night, she had bruises all over her face and all over her body, she felt like she was going to collapse but hid it so no one would get suspicious.

Daniel knew something was going on at home, but he didn't want to ask the girl what was happening, every time they would hang out, he noticed how she would wince every time she would move or anything, if Daniel moved to grab something, she would flinch.  So he knew something was going on. But he didn't know what.

All through the day, Daniel kept an eye on Yn, making sure she was ok and check if anything happened to her throughout the day.

It was the end of the day and Yn was walking home until she heard a car pull up beside her, she looked over and saw none other than Daniel, he smiled and opened the door for her, she was going to say no, but he argued telling her to get in.

After a few minutes of Yn fighting against herself, she got in. Daniel drove Yn to her house and when she got out, Daniel waited for her to go in, and waited.

When Yn walked in, her dad threw a empty glass bottle at her and it hit her arm. She yelled out in pain and her father came closer to her, before he could do anything more to her, the front door opened, revealing Daniel. She ran to Daniel and hugged him.

"It's ok, I got you" he whispered, Daniel guided her to his car and helped her in. He knew no one was going to be home so he drove her to his house.

When they got to his house, Daniel brought her to the bathroom and helped her clean up the glass. "I hope you know, I'll always be there for yo-" he was cut off by Yn kissing his cheek. He looked at the girl on the counter top and smiled at her.

"Thanks Daniel" Yn said with a small smile, her cheeks started to blush. Daniel smiled at her again and gently kissed her lips, making sure she was ok with it. When they pulled back, they were both smiling like mad.

"I promise to protect you, no matter what happens"  Daniel whispered to Yn, giving her a gentle hug and Yn hugging Daniel back.

And he kept that promise for the rest of their lives.
