Yns pov: Me, my sister and her boyfriend decided to go out. By saying 'we' it was more my sister. She wanted me to go out and meet someone knew because my ex cheated on me with my 'friend'.
I was wearing a crop top and ripped jeans. and my sister wore a flowy dress with a flower design on it.
We walked into a club called 'the lotus inn' it was a very vibrant room. It had a bar, Dance floor, karaoke station and radio/jukebox. My sister (Darcy) and her boyfriend went to the dance floor. Leaving me on my own. I sighed and walked over to the bar.
I went over to the bartender and asked for a Malibu and coke. He asked for id so I showed him ( your 22 in this) and he gave me the drink. I felt someone sit beside me and ask for a drink. I side-eyed them and I saw it was a man, around my age. He had blonde hair with brown roots, he had a white blouse on and black and white jeans. He saw me looking at me. I quickly turned my head and stared at my drink. I heard him chuckled before he spoke up
"What you drinking?" He asked, quiet loudly over the noise of the music. I turned to him and he smiled "Malibu and coke, how about you" I asked seeing him have a drink in his hand "vodka and coke" he responded. I nodded and took a drink before putting it down. "I'm Yn" i said again quiet loudly. I put my hand out hoping he would shake it. Which he gladly did "Daniel, nice to meet you, now tell me, why is a girl as beautiful as you, sitting at a bar, in a club, drinking on her own?" I slightly blushed, not used to being given compliments. Again he chuckled and looked at me waiting for my answer. "My sister dragged me here, she wants me to find a boyfriend because my ex wasn't the nicest person" "what do you mean by that" he asked... shit.
"We got into a fight over something stupid. I stormed out and stayed with my sister for the night. When I got home the next day I found him and my 'friend' in bed together, he slept with my 'friend' because we got into a fight. He didn't even deny it, so I broke it off with him and ended my friendship with my old friend. Haven't seen either of them since" I told him looking down at my drink, I felt his hand move to my cheek, he lifted my head and made me look into his eyes.
"I am so sorry that happened, but if it makes you feel better, not all guys are like that" he smiled showing his tooth gap, I smiled back "who did you come with tonight?" I ask, trying to change the subject. He noticed this and answered my question "me and my 4 ba-friends wanted to go for a night out, they all brought dates and left me in my own" he laughed "I know how you feel, my sister brought her boyfriend and ditched me as soon as we walked in" I laughed. He looked around then turned to me.
"Do you want to go somewhere else?" I looked at him skeptical , not knowing where he's going with this. "I mean I know a cafe that stays open till late, do you want to go?" he asked. I nodded "I just need to find my sister to tell her" he nodded "I probably need to tell my friends as well" I nodded and went to find Darcy. Once I found her, I pulled her aside and she looked confused.
"What's up?" She asked. "Would I be able to go to a cafe with Daniel?" I asked "who's Daniel?" She asked smirking. "I guy I met at the bar, he promised he's not a killer" she nodded and laughed. "I'll text you when we're leaving" she smiled "thank you" I ran outside waiting for Daniel. "Hey" I heard someone call from behind me. I turned around and saw Daniel. I smiled and walked over to him.
"Hey" I smile at him. He smiled back and linked my arm with his. "Ready?" He asked. I nodded and we walked down the road. "So? Where are you bringing me?" I asked smiling at him. He turned to me and smirked. "There's a cafe that opens late that I know" I nodded and let him take the lead.
When we got to the cafe he opened the door and let me in first. "What a gentleman" I giggled. "My momma raised me right" he chuckled. We both walked in and sat down and a table. A girl around our age walked over to us and smiled. "Hey Dani, it's good to see you" she smiled looking at me and Daniel. "It's good to see you too Angelina (again random name, change if it's your name) "who's this?" She asked smiling and looking at me, Daniel looked over to me and could tell I was nervous. So he answered for me. "This is my best friend Yn" he reached over and grabbed my hand. I smiled back. Angelina smiled and gave us a small menu. When we decided what to get. We ordered and she took our orders and left.
"So how old are you?" Daniel asked turning to me. "I'm 22, how about you?" I asked. "I just turned 23 about a month ago" I nodded. "So not that much older than me" he shook his head. "Luckily no" we both kept talking until the cafe was close to closing up. When we got outside I got a text off Darcy saying her and her boyfriend are going to head home soon. I responded with and ok.
"I got to get back to the club. My sisters about to leave." I said to Daniel. He sighed and nodded. "The guys are probably still there so I could walk you if you would like?" He asked hopeful. I giggled and nodded. He linked my arm and started walking.
We got back to the club and saw Darcy waiting outside. I sighed and turned to Daniel. "My sisters over there. I guess this is goodbye" he nodded. "The funny thing is. I never wanted this night to end, would I be able to get your number?" He asked. I nodded and put my phone number into his. I smiled and turned to walk off but turned back and kissed him on the cheek. "Bye Daniel" I smiled. "Bye Yn" he shouted back. I got back to Darcy and she started bombarding me with questions.
I hope I get to see him again.
Skip two weeks: I've been talking to Daniel for the past two weeks and we hitting it off really well. I was in my room when Darcy came running into my room and jumped onto my bed. "Yes?" I asked looking at her. "Look!" She threw her phone at me and looked at the screen.

I listened to it and it was really good. There was a part in the chorus that got my attention. It was the part that said 'I never want this night to end' it reminded me of something Daniel said to me the night we met. I smiled and decided to FaceTime him. After a few rings he picked up.
"Hey Yn!" He beamed. "Hey dani, I heard your recent song" he smiled. "You did?" I nodded. "Yeah its really good, but there was a part that stood out to me the most." I said. He looked at me confused. "What was it?" He asked. "It was the part where it was 'i never want this night to end' and I remembered you saying that to me when we first met" she smiled and blushed slightly. "Yeah, I was kinda hoping you'd hear that part. I put it into the lyrics because I hopped you'd remember" I smiled. "I did and I really liked it" he smiled.
"Hey I have a question" he said. "What's up?" He scratched the back of his head and looked at me "would you like to go out this Friday?" I asked. I smiled and nodded. "Of course" his head shot up and smiled. "Really?" He had a goofy smile on his face. "Yeah I'd really like that." I giggled. "Ok I'll pick you up at 7" I nodded. "I'll send you the address."
