"You're right, this is more better than I thought"

"I told you!" Fae exclaimed

"On top of that, have you noticed all the attention you've gotten?" She asked as you looked around the area

"Girl, quit looking around, I know what you're trying to do"

"I can't help it.." you admitted

"I know, but you need to have some fun without thinking about anything else, even him"

"Easy for you to say.."

"Hey you guys!" A voice spoke up startling you and Fae both as you two turned towards the direction it came from to see Elisa walking up

"Have any of you seen Jack?" She asked

"Not for the last couple of days" Fae answered making Elisa sigh

"So he abandoned me, that's great.."

"I'm right here"

You, Fae and Elisa turned towards him as Elisa gasped

"What happened to you!?" Elisa asked covering her mouth as she inspected him from head to toe

"It's a long story.." he drifted off running his hand through his hair nervously

"Where did you get that bruise from? How did you get it?" She questioned as she walked up to him getting a little too close

"Also a long story.."

You just stood there silently staring at him when he looked over Elisa's shoulders at you

You immediately broke eye contact as you turned your back away from him

"What are you doing? This is your chance to talk to him" Fae whispered nudging your arm

"I can't.."

"Why not?"

"How can I face him now after seeing what I did to him?"

"That's the whole point in talking to him"

"I just can't"

You looked over your shoulder at him as Jack brushed past Elisa and towards you

You stayed silent as he stopped behind you

"Don't talk to me.." you finally spoke looking away

"What? Why?"

"Because you're not supposed to"

"What's wrong with you?" He asked tilting his head a little

"What do you think?"

"I don't know if I should just stand here or..?" Elisa then said not knowing what to do when Fae walked over to her

"They are most likely about to argue, I think we should just let them be for a little while" Fae said as she placed her hand on Elisa's shoulder walking her off away from you two

"I don't know, if I did, I wouldn't be asking"

"Then don't ask" you stated making him go silent for a second

And with that, he just silently walked off leaving you standing there as you looked over your shoulder at him walking away
