Rumplestiltskin is dead. When his body touched the ground and the wind hit Alice and Peter that was the curse being broken. The curse that held all their memories.
Now anything in the italics is a memory not a dream.
Alice is mad at Peter because he brought Wendy to the island that was only supposed to be for Alice and Peter. I can not tell you why Peter brought Wendy, but you will know soon.
