Times Like These.

Venus woke up differently, this time she was laying in Levi's arms on the couch. She figured that Levi  fell asleep on the couch after she did.

Venus tried to wiggle out of his arms but she didn't want to wake him so she just stayed there waiting on him to wake up, shortly after Levi groaned as he started to wake up, he looks at Venus who was wide awake, "Why didn't you wake me up? You look like I'm suffocating you." Levi jokes
"I didn't want to wake you up because you looked so peaceful sleeping." Venus smiles.

"It's fine Ve, it's good that I get up anyways it's night now and I should get started on dinner." Levi smiles as he kisses Venus's forehead.

Venus smiles, she just in awe over him, she doesn't understand how a person can seem so perfect, "What are you gonna make?" Venus sits up
"I was thinking shrimp Alfredo pasta." Levi says looking at Venus for confirmation, "Yea that sounds good, I'm gonna take a shower while you cook okay?" Levi nods "Okay don't take too long." Levi smiles. "I won't, oh! and also, do I have anymore hair products? I didn't see any in the bathroom earlier." Levi nods "Yea, there's some in the pantry in the bathroom." Levi says.

"Okay thank you, I don't know what I would if I didn't have my hair products, especially with my hair type." Venus says as she attempts run her fingers through her 4b hair that is currently in a puff.

Levi laughs, one thing about Venus, she always made sure her hair was done or at least presentable, even though Levi loved all her hairstyles he loved when she kept her natural hair out or in a sleek back bun, she used to do that style all the time in high school and Levi would always be so fond over a simple hairstyle.

Venus made her way upstairs with her cane, once she got to the bathroom she turned on the hot water, before she hopped in the shower she examined how she looked, she see's how much the accident has affected how she looked, not tremendously but it was clear that she didn't look like herself.

As Venus examines herself she sees one of the bruises on her arm from the accident and then she has a flashback.

Venus stands there in the mirror tears running from her eyes as she sees the freshly new bruises on her arms, she falls to the ground, her face in her palms as she cries, "How could I let it get this far." She thinks to herself.

Venus stands there shook at what what she just remembered, she's confused on where she got those bruises from, "Did someone hit me?" She thought, "I don't think I should tell Levi." She thinks, she doesn't know how he'll react, and she would rather try to figure out what happened to her on her own.

After Venus's shower she takes care of her hair, detangling it and applying leave-in conditioner, once she was done she put her hair back in a bun.

Venus made her way down stairs for dinner, Levi already had their plates down at the table and he was getting their drinks.

As Venus sits down in the chair at the table, Levi walks over with their drinks placing them down, and kissing Venus on the forehead before sitting down.

Throughout dinner they have various conversations, and Venus brings up having a phone, "Levi do you know where my phone went?"
Levi looks up at her, "No, but I can get you a new one tomorrow if you want." Venus nods. "That would be nice thank you." Venus smiles.

The rest of dinner went smoothly, after dinner they went upstairs to go sleep, Levi took a shower before going into the bed. When he was done showering he walked out the bathroom with only sweats on, Venus was taken back because of how hot he looked.

Levi layed down in the bed he noticed how she was blushing and turned the other way so he pulled Venus close to him, "Your hair smells so good" Levi says in low tone, this sends shivers down Venus's spine, she turns her body so that she's facing towards him now, "Thank you, smell even better." She smirks, Levi smiles as he leans forward towards her lips, their lips connect, Venus is shocked at first but she quickly responds back moving her lips with Levi's, she run her fingers through his hair, Levi loves this feeling, he loves her touch, she has such an effect on him, the most littlest touch from her will drive him crazy. He gets on top of her and he groans into the kiss, he removes his lips from hers and starts to kiss her neck getting ready to lift her shirt, but before he can get any further, Venus stops him, "I'm not ready yet." Venus puts her head down a little embarrassed, "It's fine babe, I understand no need to be embarrassed." He says placing a kiss on her forehead.

"Thank you for understanding." Venus smiles, "Of course babe" Levi holds her close and they drift off to sleep.
