A little step closer PT3

VENUS POV

This left me on edge, my ex is an abusive obsessed stalker and I don't know where he is now at this moment, I thought of getting him arrested but I have no evidence of nothing, Levi told me every time he suggested that I got my ex arrested I always said no, which was so stupid of me to do.

"Levi do you know where my ex went after the accident?"

Levi shakes his head, "No, the last time I saw him was the day of the accident, that's why I'm making sure there's a security system here and I work at home now, just so I don't relive that memory."

I sigh, he's making sure I'm safe but now I feel trapped, I can't go outside because I'm in fear of my ex husband.

"So if I want to go outside I have to go with you all the time?" I ask

"It doesn't have to be me only you can go with your friends and your sister I just want to make sure your not alone when your outside because we don't know where he is." Levi responds

"But what about you, what if you go outside by yourself isn't that dangerous for you too?" I add on

"It's fine I can defend myself but you were just in an accident a couple of months ago." He says

"Yea I guess, but still be careful please." I really don't want him to get hurt over me.

Levi nods, we sit there in silence for a while both trying to handle how much just went on.

Later in the day me and Levi layed on the couch watching tv he kept his head on my stomach while I caressed his hair, I wanted to keep him close, to know that I'm not going anywhere. "Levi where did I work?" I start a conversation.

"You were a real estate agent." He responds

I hum, it seems like a job I would have. "I just realized I never asked, what's your job?"

"I do marketing, that's why I was able to switch from the office to home."

I nod, "Damn so we both get payed well." I laugh

Levi laughs, "Speaking of jobs, I have a break soon and I want to take you on a vacation." He says

This was unexpected but I was happy, this would mean quality time with each other not just in the house and I would be able to go out on my own without being scared. "Oh my god, I would love that babe." I say excited

"Where do you want to go?" He ask's

"Can it be somewhere out the country." I want to make sure it's not too expensive.

"It's all up to you bay, I'm fine with wherever you choose." He says.

I smile this man is really just too much, "Okay, how about Jamaica?"

"That sounds nice, it's really pretty there and that's you home country, plus it's a perfect time to go now that winter is approaching. I'll look for flights now." He says sitting up going to get his laptop.

"Wait when is your break?" I asks surprised that he was so fast to book the flights.

"It's in two weeks it starts on the 1st and ends on the 18th, I wanna start to look for flights now just in case I won't be able to later on." He says putting on his glasses.

I'm now just realizing that my husband wears glasses for his technology, I thought he couldn't get any hotter but the glasses made him ten times hotter.

"Babe you look so hot with those glasses." I say.

He looks up from his computer and smiles, "Thank you baby, you always loved when I wore my glasses." He says

"Yup and I still do." I laugh, "I'm gonna go take a shower." I say getting up and Levi nods okay.

END OF VENUS POV

Levi sits in the living room continuing booking the flights, he got them flights for them to go on the 2nd and leave on the 16th, he got them a beautiful villa but he wouldn't tell her that because he wanted it to be a surprise for her.
