We request your presents at the MCC kingdom on the date of August 2 to December 25th we have already arranged a living place and as well as food accommodations please feel free to bring a guest over the age of 18
I set down the note and placed my head in the palm of my hands
The MCC server is a weeks trip by horse and I will also probably be there for at least a month even if it's a great opportunity I have no clue who would stay with Toby what would happen to me
"Ace are you ok" I heard a soft voice ask and I looked over at him and smiled "yea of course" I spoke and waved for him to come over to me and he did and I brought him into a hug "what's the note," he asked "just a letter from someone no biggie" I whispered and pulled away and put the letter into my pocket and went and put on my coat and shoes "I need to Speak with Will but I'll be back in a bit ok," I told him "but ace it's 11:00 at night" his voice shook "it's ok I'll be back in thirty minutes head to bed bee" I spoke and shooed him upstairs and walked out the door
It was only a two-minute walk to wills office but I cut that down by running quickly opening the door to see him signing papers and various documents
"Not now Tommy" he shooed me away "Will" my voice cracked and he looked up "kora what's wrong," he asked and I handed him the paper and he read it "what is this" "I got it in the mail just now and I can't dismiss it" I spoke and he walked over to me and looked me in the eyes "I'll take care of Toby and you go I'll write to you every day I promise" he reassured me "are you sure," I asked "positive if you want to get there by august second you would have to leave by tomorrow" he spoke and I nodded and brought him into a hug "you better write to me William" I voiced "I promise" he whispered and I nodded into his shirt
After a bit I walked back home and I walked upstairs and I peeked into Toby's room and saw him sound asleep and I went and sat on his bed and ran my hand through his hair and I saw his eyes fluttered open "what's wrong" he asked "nothing at all" I smiled and he did the same "could you stay in my room tonight" he whispered "yea of course"
He made room and I laid beside him and I guess tomorrow morning is going to be harder than I expected
The next morning I woke up and I felt someone digging into my side I looked down to see Toby peacefully sleeping
I slowly got up and went into my room took a shower and then packed a backpack full of clothes and other things I would need I also went and got Karl ready for the journey put on his saddle and packed his little pouch full of apples and hay and sugar cubes and then I walked back inside and saw tubbo looking at the two backpacks near the door "where are you going" he asked and I walked up and held both of his hands in mine
"Toby I know this is going to be tough but I have to go down to the MCC server for a bit" I explained "wait for no way it's at least a weeks horse ride what about me you're just leaving" he got angry "I'm not just leaving Toby Will said he would watch you and I promise to write everyday" I reassured him "why can't I go with you," he asked his eyes welling up with tears "I want to bring you to believe me but I'm not allowed to bring anyone under the age of 18 or I would I promise you," I told him "you'll write every day," he asked "I will I can even get you souvenirs" I smiled and he smiled at me too tears creeping on him
A couple of minutes later I branched all my things and strapped them to Karl and everyone walked over "thank you all I will see you all soon I'll bring things back I promise" I spoke and Niki came over and hugged me so did Eret and Fundy and then Tommy jumped into my arms "why do you have to leave" he whispered and I held him tight "I'll be back before you know it and whenever you feel down you can always write the crows always find me" I whispered back and set him down and Will came and gave me a tight hug and kissed the top of my head "I'll miss you" he voiced "I'll miss you too Will and I swear if you don't write I'll cop off your head" I threaten and he threw his hands in the air and then I felt a strong force fly into my arms
"I'm going to miss you" he sobbed "I'll be back before you know it bee I promise and here" I handed him a compass "I made it so it points to where I am at all times" I spoke and put the compass necklace on him and I pressed our forehead together "I love you Bee" I spoke "I love you too ace"
And with that I got on my horse and trotted away god this is going to be a very long few months I wonder what's going to happen hopefully nothing too extraordinary
I had been travelling for at least two days and I stopped to take a break and I was constantly thinking of who I was going to take with me to this whatever I'm going for and that's when it hit me and I pulled out a book and wrote the name of a new friend I met and threw it in one of the village's garbage disposals and poof
"Kora you request my presents" he spoke in his god voice "follow me will you," I told him and walked back to where I left Karl and sat down "well," he asked "I was wondering if for a few months you would want to come with me and do things in a land named MCC" I questioned "well I have been wanting to do mortal things" he pondered "but you have to be mortal XD if that's fine" I added
