Today, Daehyeon along with his grandmother, grandfather, uncle and aunt went out for shopping leaving the mates alone.

Taehyung attended a pack meeting earlier and now is watching a drama in his room. He has somewhat returned to his bubbly self. He smiles often and plays around except the times he encounters Jungkook, making the later sigh in guilt.

The once silent pack now filled with giggles and laughter, making a certain alpha cry out of happiness.

He has a gained weight too. His cheeks turned chubby and glowing. Mrs. Kim pampers his son a way lot. She is trying to give him all the love and care that she failed to give for so many years. She prepares his favourite food everyday and Jiwoo doesn't let him work in the kitchen or any house work making him pout but his hyung keeps him company. The brothers spend a lot of time together just like they used to do.

In conclusion, he was contended with his life now. He never thought that he could be happy ever again but moon goddess had some other plan for him. His parents, his hyungs and sinu-i (sister-in-law) and his pup love him so much. What else does he needs ? He can't ask for anything else. He got everything he once dreamed off and he can't thank moon goddess enough for that. Unaware of the fact that the person who returned his happiness back to him is the one suffering now.

He laughed out loud seeing a comedy scene in the big screen. Jungkook who was just outside the door heard his deep laugh that brought a instant smile in his own face too. His shaky hands stopped before it could knock the door. 

Past these months, he noticed Taehyung's smile fade every time he would go in front of him. He despised himself for that. So, he avoided going in front of Taehyung as much as he could. He didn't wanted to snatch the beautiful boxy smile once again. He snatched it once and till now he is repenting.

But today he has something to say to Taehyung. That's why he came to talk to him.

He inhaled deeply and knocked the door and opened it.

Taehyung looked away from the screen when he smelt the woody scent that belongs to Jungkook. He then saw the alpha timidly entering his room while looking down. He frowned seeing him.

He felt foreign seeing him properly after so many days. Jungkook usually goes to the office very early and comes late at night nowadays. He only sees his back sometimes he wakes up early in the morning, not knowing that the alpha purposefully doesn't show his face to him. Jungkook even eats his food inside his room.

He shrugged thinking that maybe there are a lot of work in the office.

Now when he saw Jungkook in front of him, he noticed that his face is so dull and pale as if he hasn't ate or slept properly for a while. His shoulder slumped down and his once muscular body is nowhere to be seen. He has become lanky and weak. No one could tell that he is a true blood ig not his dominant scent. Jungkook reminded him of himself in the past. The lost and vulnerable one. But why would Jungkook be vulnerable  ? Is he seeing things ?

His train of thoughts broke when he heard Jungkook clearing his throat to get attention.

"Uh Taehyung, i have something to say"

"What is it ?" Taehyung said without showing any interest.

"Today Jimin hyung will come to our pack"
