The environment in the house was gloomy. Every pack member we're gathered near the room of Yoona. Their faces smeared with tears. Hyunsik (Jungkook's father) was staring at his mate blankly. Jungkook was no where to be find and Taehyung was holding into Yoona's hand wailing loudly.

Yes, she died. She was suffering from high fever from the past few days and all the family members were really worried. They asked her to have a checkup but she declined saying she was okay. The fever was just due to the weather change.

Wish they didn't listen and treated her on time. When the doctor came, it was already too late. He said it was acute disease which had no medical treatment, however it could be treated if she took medicine on time. Now nothing can be done except crying over her.

Yoona was a pure soul who cared about the pack members and loved them no matter their rank. She was also the one who understood him before he could say. She knew her son better and also that Tae is pretending to be happy. But she never said anything to him because she knew time will improve their relationship. But that never kept her from worrying about her son. Yes, Tae was no less son to her than Jungkook. At the end of the day, Tae would always come to her room and laid on the chest to take her motherly scent and Yoona would always caress his hair saying everything will okay one day if he is patient. But if nothing gets okay even after his trying, then he is free to leave her son as it is his right to be happy. Maybe not with her son Jungkook, but with someone else. She will always be his mother who wants nothing more than his happiness and safety. That time, Tae will just smile and get more determined.

Not directly, but Yoona always gave him hope and support so that Tae doesn't feel bad. She wanted her son would sleep worry free so she called him to her room and motivate him every night. But now Who will tell him that ? Who will care about him ? Who will love him ? Who will understand him ? With whom he will share his worries ? Who will caress his hair and give his motherly love who he craved for so many years ?

He was finally happy to get a mother. But Moon Goddess snatched her from him too. What was her fault ? Was he a bad luck in her life ? Noooo, that can't be true. He truly loved her, always wished her happiness and craved from her love. How can he be a bad luck ? ....These are the things which were going inside Taehyung's brain. He didn't wanted to believe that his mother is no more. This must be a dream. Yes, his mother was smiling yesterday too. Yeah that must be a dream.

Suddenly, the door opened and came Jungkook. He was panting as he just came running from his office. He looked at his mom and couldn't believe that she is no more. Yes, he was not that close to her but she was her mother at the end of the day. He went close to her and held her hand. Tears started to flow from his eyes. She slept on her stomach and cried hard while holding onto her.

M-mom...p-please come back. I miss y-you. I-I c-couldn't even s-say that I l-love y-you....

But she never came. It was time for her funeral. Her body was taken to the graveyard and dugged under the soil. Every pack member cried that day. Their Luna was no more and that was a huge pain for them. While Hyunsik did not cry nor talked. He completely became numb. His heart couldn't take the pain of losing his mate. It bled and his eyes were cold. It seems like it didn't held any emotion, but if you look closely, you can the pain he is going through.

Everyone except a few pack members and Taehyung left that place. He was sitting near the grave and crying. He didn't wanted to leave his mother. After what felt like hours, he stood up to go back to the pack when he heard some of their pack members whispering...

I can't believe our Luna is no more. She was such a good human being.

Yes Jinnah, she didn't deserve to die so early. I miss her so much. I know why she died so early ?

Yes, I am right. That mate of our head alpha Jungkook is such a bad luck. After their marriage nothing good happened. First that war between us and the Stray kids pack (A/N :- There was a war between the two packs right after 2 weeks of their marriage when many of the pack soldiers and their family died) and now this unfortunate death of Luna. He is such a bad luck for us. I tell you Jungkook should not have married him . Now we also have to always worry for our lives.

These two pack members were talking about Taehyung without the knowledge that he is right beside them. Tae couldn't hear any more of them and went from there.
