The promotion period ended with five wins for "Wannabe" and one Inkigayo nomination for "Ladida", the title mv was close to reaching 70 millions views and the group kept receiving offers, the girls couldn't be happier.

Especially Annie, that was now getting ready to go out with her best friend after weeks.

She didn't want to dress up because one, it wasn't a date and two, that could bring unnecessary attention.

Wide white pants, a white long sleeve shirt and a light blue fluffy sweatshirt to match with her white and blue converse: comfy and casual.

"Binnie!"

"Rim, hey! I ordered you a matcha latte, hopefully it hasn't gone cold yet."

She sat at the table for two.

"Oh~ you paid for me?"

"Of course I didn't! You think I haven't seen how successful you're becoming? You're paying for everything today!"

Annie's smile dropped, turning into a frown.

"You're successful too!"

"And you're rich."

She scoffed, knowing that fight couldn't be won.

"Anyway, it's been so long since we've gone out! We need to catch up."

"True! Why haven't we been going out?"

  Changbin asked, genuinely clueless.

"Because you replaced me for Jay."

Annie spoke before taking a sip of her drink.

"No, I did not!"

  She raised an eyebrow.

"Okay, maybe I did...but you know why!"

"Because your crush is more important than your best friend?"

The girl knew very well that he'd never trade a friend- a best friend - for a crush, but it was just fun teasing him.

Changbin let out a frustrated sigh.

"You know that's not true! She's finally noticing me, so I need to shoot my shot! Speaking of which, does it look like she likes me back? Is she talking about me?"

His expression immediately turned to a softer one when mentioning the girl.

"She does talk about you-"

"Oh my God!!"

"Let me finish! But I also talk about Jun to them, and we both know I don't like him."

Changbin stared at her, not moving an inch.

"What?"

"Speak for yourself, I know you two have a thing."

She shook her head in dissapointment, it was pointless to deny by now.

"Whatever."

"But how does she sound when she says my name? Is it like 'Binnie~' or is it 'Changbin'...?"

He exemplified the tones, making his friend cringe extremely hard.

"You're worse than my little sister."

"She has nothing to worry about, she's young, rich and gorgeous."

"And so are you."

Annie shuggred her shoulders, finally finishing the matcha latte.

"I'm gorgeous?"

He smirked at the girl, who rolled her eyes.

"Shut the fuck up."

"Dang, fine."

  And that's when she noticed.

This whole time, their conversation was going smoothly, even though it was about his crush.

Usually, she'd feel uncomfortable and try to change the topic as soon as possible, but everything was fine now.

Her heart also didn't race when he gave her his smirk, that Annie had always found extremely hot.

What was going on? Was the love finally fading?
