ON THE DOUBLE DOORS - They open. Piper Anne walks in carrying a big smile on her face.
The Librarian is near the entrance. He's holding a large book. He looks at Piper Anne and smiles as he sees the big smile on her face.
LIBRARIAN
Nice to see a happy face around here.
PIPER ANNE
I have reasons for it. Everything is looking good. In a couple of weeks Magic School with re-open.
LIBRARIAN
Good news, indeed.
PIPER ANNE
We had so many hands helping.
LIBRARIAN
Have your kids and husband gone back to New Orleans?
Piper Anne nods.
PIPER ANNE
They had to return to their jobs, but they'll show up eventually.
Piper Anne glances around.
OFF TO PRUE - She is at one of the desks and seems focused on the books she has before her.
LIBRARIAN
(to Piper Anne)
She has been like that for hours.
Piper Anne glances at the Librarian.
LIBRARIAN (CONT'D)
Weeks, actually.
PIPER ANNE
They are still avoiding each other, huh?
LIBRARIAN
Oh, they talk. On the phone. Texting would be a better word to describe it saying. She tries to find the fairytale book and he's on the investigation about Witch Hunters' genealogies.
Piper Anne sighs.
PIPER ANNE
Well, at least they are not totally apart.
LIBRARIAN
I know I'm just a librarian, but I'm all in favor of two of them having a happy ending.
Piper Anne smiles.
PIPER ANNE
