"Please Amir? Just for an hour" KJ begged.

"Ight Kamari, you got your strap?"

"Always" she smiled as she rushed up the stairs to get her bag.

Since she had to stay low key, due to all that was going on, she wasn't able to go to her gym as often. So most days she worked remotely, and hosted virtual workout sessions. Although she was still making money and growing, she liked to be in person to get real human interaction.

"Thank youuuuu" she said cheesing harder as she  pulled out of his driveway.

"You welcome" he sat in the passenger seat with a smile because she was smiling.

Shortly after, they arrived at her gym.

"You gon train me?" He asked as she rested her stuff in her office.

"Lemme check some numbers then we could do some weights" she told him.

He nodded "When we leave here I gotta change the oil in your car"

"Holon I gotta ask my daddy.. you know how y'all mechanics go" she said.

"You need an oil change Kamari" he chuckled.

She ignored him as her phone rang, waiting for Jaelen to answer.

"Daddy" she spoke into the phone.

"Wassup babygirl?"

"Do I need a oil change? Amir said I do but I don't know"

"Uhhh.. yea you do I forgot cause of everything that's going on."

"Okay do I need anything else done?"

"No baby, just the oil change"

Once she hung up, Amir laughed.

"dAddY" he mocked.

"That could be you" she mumbled lowly.

"Huh?"

"I said I gotta schedule this zoom" she covered up.

He nodded and watched as she stood up.

"Come, let's go to the weight room" she said opening the office door.

An hour passed, and the two had finished their mini weight lifting session.

"I wanna make salmon for dinner" KJ said as she signed some papers her assistant gave her.

Amir leaned back in his chair, worn out. He watched KJ breeze through her work like they had done nothing.

"You okay?" She laughed as he sipped some water.

"The fuck did you have me doing?"

"I started out light Amir" she shook her head and glanced at her computer.

"Light?"

"It'll get easier as you become more consistent" she told him.

He shook his head "Fuck that, I'm not coming back up here"

She rolled her eyes knowing that he would be back.

"You ready to go to your shop?" She asked standing up.

He weakly stood up and followed her out the gym.

"Ouuu what you know bout this?" She smiled as she turned the radio up.
