"What I tell you about him?" Jaelen shook his head as he re-twisted KJ's locs.
"Okay I know but I didn't plan to get close with him again this time" she said.
"You shouldn't have even let Kross in the house" he told her.
She blew out a breath "I know.. but I love him"
"Maneee I don't care how much you love him that shit not gon get you nowhere, because that nigga don't care. I'm tryna tell you before you get hurt again KJ"
"I know.. I think I'm done for real this time"
He chuckled "You gotta stop saying I know and put some action behind it"
"Holon what he sayyyy? I can't fuck wit shawty know she ah tell. Slim shit look like Draya Michelle" Jaelen started rapping as music played.
KJ rolled her eyes "This old ass song"
"Girl youn know bout this" he laughed.
She rested her head on his knee as he finished up with her hair.
"You need to learn how to do this" Jaelen said as she stood up.
She shook her head "Mmmm no thank you"
"I was in high school doing mine" he told her.
"I'm aware, but that's not my story. I gotta go, I love you"
"I love you too" he smiled, as she bent down to hug him.

"Hi is this Amir?" KJ spoke into the phone with a proper voice.
"It is, who's calling?" a deep voice sounded into the phone.
"This is KJ I never gave you my name..but you gave me your number last week, and I-"
"Ohhh yea, you hit my car" he laughed.
She rolled her eyes "You actually hit mine, but yea you said you'd fix it"
"Fasho, what day works for you mama?"
"Umm Tuesday?"
"Ight that's cool, can you come in at four?" He asked.
She nodded, but realized he couldn't see her.
"Yea I can, how much do you think it'll be?"
"Even though you hit me and called me out my name, it's on the house" told her.
She laughed "I'm sorry about that and thank you"
"Ight I'll see you Tuesday"
Once she hung up Maliyah laughed.
"That fake ass voice, you know youn sound like that for real."
"Like what?" KJ asked as she laughed too.
"That customer service voice, give them the pop smoke you give me"
"You wanna get sum to eat?" KJ asked as she shut off her laptop.
Maliyah nodded "Yea.. ouu let's get Indian"
"I want some biryani" KJ said standing up to look for her shoes.
"Imma call and order it so we don't gotta be out all night" Maliyah said typing something on her phone.
Journee nodded and grabbed her car keys, then they left.
"SHE SAID BOOGIE BOY STOP BITCHIN' HO IM NOT YOUR LAST NIGGA"
Big Boogie Pop Out played as Maliyah and KJ chilled at their friend's kickback.
