"Come in"

KJ looked up from her phone as she sat on her office couch.

"Wow it smells really clean in here" her manager, Serita said as she entered.

KJ nodded, she had spent hours cleaning up the mess Amir left in her office, because of all the blood and partially due to her OCD.

"Yea I just wanted to do a deep clean" she lied with a tight smile.

Serita nodded "Well I'm just coming into tell you that the night shift is taking over, my team is going home"

"Alright thank you, have a nice night" KJ smiled.

Before Serita walked out she turned back around.

"Are you okay here by yourself? You've been here for a minute"

"I'm straight." KJ nodded "I've been getting a lot of work done, I'll prolly chill here for a little while longer"

Serita smiled and waved as she finally left.

Honestly, KJ was scared to go home to Amir, well Tech at the moment.

Once KJ wrapped up her work and sent out her last emails, she grabbed her stuff then headed to her car.

Before she knew it, she was in front of Ximora and Jaelen's house.

"Heyyyy" Ximora smiled as she opened the door.

KJ smiled and followed her to the bedroom.

"So what happened?" Ximora nosily asked. "All Jaelen said was that they found Kross and you was with him.. and why was you with him?"

KJ laughed "You so messy man, but uh he called saying he wanted to get lunch and apologize andddd.."

"And?"

"I went" she finished in embarrassment.

"Mmm" Ximora sounded, rolling her eyes.

"Anywayssss we got to tussling then I left. As I was leaving Jae pulled up and I saw Amir car, so I left to go to my office. By time as I got there Amir was already there wit Kross.. and Ximoraaa-"

"Ouuu what?"

"Mane they had Kross beat up badddd, like blood was everywhere in my office." She shook her head thinking about it.

"And Amir was like a whole different person, I never seen this side of him bruh" she finished.
