Y/N's P.O.V

The long march towards the hideout wasn't an easy journey especially, with Naruto constantly raging and moving way ahead of the team. It took almost all of us not to yell at the boy and for once, listen and collaborate with the rest of the team. I could understand why he was being impatient but rescuing a fallen Kazekage was no simple task. I, however, kept quiet as a mouse and allowed Kakashi to handle the situation. I was unaware of Naruto's habits in a team so trusting the silver haired man, I didn't try to reprimand my young brother. Sakura also, fueled by anger and determination, kept pace with the boy whereas the rest of us were a few steps behind. The one thing that constantly bothered me however, was how we did not come across any hurdles. There were absolutely no traps laid out neither was there any signs of unfamiliar chakra. And I knew that Kakashi, Chiyo-sama were very well aware of the same circumstances.

Soon, we came to a clearing. There was a stream somewhere leading water run towards a fall and a gigantic spherical boulder that blocked the entrance to what seemed, to me, a cave. A red archway stood before the cave that looked aesthetically pleasing and a mountain linked to the cave soared high above. Strange was the fact that the enemy chose such a tranquil area to create a base. It unnerved me and for unknown reasons, I inched towards Kakashi for mental support. Any second now, we would be facing the enemy organization and rescue Gaara.

"You're late, Kakashi!" I looked to the side of the boulder and there I found another team. The man who spoke wore a green spandex suit that was hugging his body in an uncomfortable manner followed by a younger, identical, version of him. The next one was a handsome looking brunette; his hair cascaded until his waist and pale lavender orbs looked at me quizzically. The last one of the team was a girl; she had two buns, brown hair and beautiful eyes and carried giant scrolls on her back. We exchanged brief moments looking at each other before my team captain spoke.

"Well you see, we got caught up in something troublesome along the way"

"Kakashi, by troublesome, you certainly don't mean me, do you?" Chiyo-sama slightly teased the man as she looked at the team before us.

"Y/N-chan! How nice to finally meet you!" the green suited man addressed me and uneasily, I nodded.

"Likewise. Who are you?" the statement caused the man to stop smiling as everyone grew awkwardly quiet. His eyes shined brighter as tears brimmed in their corners, the rest of his team members looked worried as well. What had I said exactly to cause such an abrupt change in personality?

"Might Guy! Kakashi's rival and best friend! How could you forget me Y/N-chan! Kakashi! How could she forget me?"

"She really has no memories, Guy-sensei" Sakura sighed, trying to get rid of the drama unfolding in front of me. "Tone it down for the woman, will you?"
