It's Complicated

Chapter 4

Location -L.A. (hotel room)

Carina and Arizona were already getting ready to meet Andrew and maya at lunch. Things were calm between them since their last fight and they were really looking forward to their stay in L.A.

"Babe, you are looking so good today." Arizona circled her arms around carina's waist and hugged her from behind while looking in mirror.

She started peppering kisses on carina's neck, inhaling her sweet shampoo fragrance which still drives Arizona crazy.

"Oh no,no,no we are not starting this now, or we will be late. Andrea will kill me if I arrive late." Carina tried to get out of Arizona's embrace.

"Oh come on carina, isn't this the reason we came here, to enjoy time with each other."

"Yes, and we have a whole night and days ahead to enjoy, but now we should leave."

"Ugh,okay fine but are you going to come wearing this?"

"Why is there a problem? You just said I look good in these."

"Yeah for roaming around and stuff not for going to a 5-star restaurant, where we are meeting your family for first time after our marriage."

"What difference would it make, I really feel comfortable in this or do you think I won't look good beside you in this." 

"Carina don't twist my words, you know I didn't mean that, it's just.. leave it, we'll go."

"No, I'll go change, you are right I should look more presentable."

Arizona was about to say something but she wasn't in a mood to argue. Carina came out wearing a black pant suit hugging her at all the right places with a white blouse underneath. Ride to the restaurant was in a comfortable silence and they both feel relaxed after what happened in the room.

As they enter the restaurant, they asked for booking under the Andrew Deluca and they were guided to the table. At the table carina saw her brother smiling towards her holding hands with a beautiful blonde who has deep blue eyes just like ocean. She never met maya personally only heard about her from Andrea and she was really stunned with the blonde's beauty. Something about her really intrigued carina. She already wants to know her better and may be she can get a chance in the following week.

Arizona nudged her shoulder and brought her into the reality. "Hey where did you get lost?", "Yeah what, nowhere I was just taking the moment, it really has been a long time." Carina sighed and moved forward. Arizona brought their hands together, interwining their fingers and walked towards the table with broad smile.

"Carina" andrew exclaimed standing from his seat and brought carina into a warming hug. "Wow it's been such a long time, you look so good carina, I missed you." Andrew said while hugging her. Maya and Arizona were watching the sibling duo embracing each other.
