When it all comes down to it
You're still a human being just like me
You can be in Hawaii eating honey-roasted boar
Or going through a struggle and eating crumbs off the floor
When it all comes down to it
You still get hungry just like me
You can be a millionaire
Or collecting pennies at the local fair
When it all comes down to it
You still have to purchase items just like me
Whether you getting a flu shot
Or have a knife sticking out your heart
When it all comes down to it
You still bleed, just like me
Whether you speak Spanish or speak Portuguese
When it all comes down to
You still talk, just like me
You can be the most popular at school
Or a lame and sit by yourself always looking like a fool
We all have wants
We all have needs
We all cry and laugh
We all love and hate
But when it all comes down to it
You're still a human being just like me
