Betty walked into Pop's silently.
The door had still been locked, meaning the TBK most likely was not here yet. Unless it was a trick.
She was feeling very uneasy about this as she walked downstairs into the Whyte Wyrm.
She sat down at a table, waiting impatiently for it to be over with.
If this would save her mom and her family, it was worth it.
Suddenly, her phone began ringing. She had forgotten she had brought it.
She pulled it out, reading the caller id.
Jughead.
She didn't answer. She let it ring.
He called again.
And again.
And again.
Finally, she picked up.
"Hello?" She asked.
"Betty, are you okay? Where are you-" Jughead began but was cut off.
"That's not important. What's important is that you, my mom, and our friends are safe."
"What do you mean that's not important? Betty, I can't lose you. Don't let him win, please." He begged.
She realized he was driving his motorcycle as he spoke to her.
"Jughead.. be with Tabitha. Be happy, please. I don't want to see you get hurt-" Betty started before he interrupted her.
"Please tell me where you are. I would rather get hurt every second of every day than see you hurt or worse. Please, Betts." He begged.
"Whyte Wyrm.." She whispered to him over the phone.
She heard noise coming.
The TBK walked into the serpent bar, chainsaw in hand.
Betty screamed, dropping the phone on to the ground.
She realized how stupid this plan was.
She didn't want him to win. She didn't want to lose her life.
"Betty, hello," The TBK smiled, walking towards her.
"Please don't do this.." She cried out.
