I agree you're defending your client but this doesn't gives you the right to defame someone else,Karanvir was himself drenched in tears listening to all that crap for the girl he respects the most.

Your Honor Sorry for the disturbance but this might be a conspiracy against my client to turn this case the other way as I mentioned earlier that my client published some revealing article against Mr. Jaiswal about what he was looking forward to take revenge from, Ms. Sharma took the lead.

Mr. Mathur Mr. Karan didn't know that it's Jaiswal who's calling so how do you expect him to record the call to prove it...We can only present call history and if this proof isn't valid then those tickets are also not cause what's the proof your clients actually travelled and not just took tickets for safety,Ms.Sharma gave a valid point to court which allowed them to look after other points and they gave another hearing date to prove their side right.
