Your Honor these are the reports which states that Semen samples found in Victim's body is similar to DNA samples of Culprit Rajan!!!
Rajan with his two friends kidnapped victim on 16th January around 10:45 PM when she was with her fiancee.
He First threatened her fiancee so he ran away to save himself and then tried molesting Victim Debattama Saha...though she tried really hard, ran from there for ten fifteen minutes in that stormy night but since there was noone to help her out they caught her ultimately and kidnapped her leading to her rape in their van and then threw her out of than van inhumanely to die!!!

Tears were streaming down of Debattama's eyes listening to the whole scenario and imagining the same and she was sobbing silently.

And... Just so you know jab victim apni safety ke liye bhaagi they continued running behind her and normally in such cases people follow at certain limit and then give up but culprits continued searching for her as if they already were in mood which confirms that this whole incident was planned by none other than Mr. Rajesh Jaiswal... And here I rest my case Your Honor!!!
Ms. Sharma ended up her arguement leaving Mr. Mathur speechless.

Ms. Sharma then interrogated Rajan and his two friends and since they knew there's no escape now they accepted their crime and blabbered the truth that how Jaiswal paid them to do so and he actually ordered them to kill Debattama but they couldn't gather that courage and chose to leave from there.

Court declared them as guilty and they were imprisoned for lifetime as a Punishment and twenty Years of Imprisonment for Jaiswal.

Everyone clapped for Ms. Sharma and Debattama for fighting for what's right and congratulated for the same.

I'm sorry Debattama... Whatever I said it was for the arguments and no personal grudges so I hope you'll forgive me, Mr. Mathur came to talk to her.

Debattama wiping her tears just asked him one question,Do you have a daughter???

Just an advice Mr. Mathur do teach your son to respect woman cause your father hasn't taught you that and next time think twice before you take such cases cause jab tak humare desh mein culprits ko lawyers milte rahenge tab tak rapes bhi nahii rukenge....aapke liye ye sirf ek case tha lekin meri poori life sake par thii and your so called arguements didn't actually raised questions on my character but gave some wounds for lifetime... Words are the most dangerous weapon in this world and if you've got freedom of speech utilise it wisely, She left pouring her frustration out leaving Mr. Mathur stunned.
