Damian walked through the busy streets in his new black jacket, feeling the cold breeze of Autumn nip at his nose. He walked past many people, but he didn't think much of it, since it was - yet another - new Day. The faces were too blurred anyway, mainly due to his own mental struggles he faced, at the moment. 'Why is this happening to me?' 'Every light touch of hers sends me in a rushing spiral, but I don't want it to stop!' 'My body isn't following any of my commands against it either, which makes this so much worse!' Damian agitatedly thought, continuing through the slowly quiet street. Glancing about, Damian noticed how few people were seen, forcing the boy to check the time on his phone he barely remembered to grab from home. 'It's only 11:55 AM.' 'Is their rush hour sooner?' Damian quizzically thought, checking in front of him for the sidewalk. Damian combed through his hair, a heavy sigh escaping his lips. 'Whatever.' 'But, now it reminds me of something...' Looking around, Damian saw many unfamiliar parts of Paris, though the now not-so-busy street seemingly made it more difficult to identify. "Where the fuck am I?" Damian quizzically muttered, scanning around the area. "... Hello! Are you lost?" Turning around, Damian met Decieving Green orbs, thankfully not appearing as someone similar's. The girl had fair skin, though her long Brown hair went past her butt with a low ponytail at the end. She was wearing a white knee-length coat, while she wore black leggings with brown boots. She kept a bright smile, but Damian knew something was off about it. Damian huffed, crossing his arms, while keeping his distance. "What would make you assume such?" Damian coolly asked, watching the girl tilt her head, her hair swaying to the back side. "Well, I've never seen you before! I was just making sure you were okay." The girl sweetly chirped, taking a step forward. Damian took a step back, a low growl emitting from his throat. "Well, I don't need your help. I don't even know your name, let alone how you thought to meet me." Damian crossly spoke, trying to stay distant. The girl stopped, her smile shifting to a pout. "Awe~ Well, why didn't you say so? My name's Lila Rossi, and I was heading to my spy work, when I saw you on the street." Lila gingerly spoke, gasping before Damian knew why. "Oh! You won't tell anyone I'm a spy, will you? No one's supposed to know..." Lila softly whispered, walking towards him again. Damian backed up, bitterly scoffing with disgust. "Would you shut the fuck up, already? I know you're lying, or else you wouldn't have fucking mentioned "spy work" so easily. So, do you mind backing up, now?!" Damian bitterly called, stopping the girl in her tracks. Lila's eyes widened before they shifted to a neutral scowl, her bubbly aura instantly darkening. "Well, I thought you would be as naive as the others... Oh well." Lila coolly spoke, walking around the boy, whom kept his guard up. The girl's look didn't change, only making the situation - and surrounding atmosphere - grow colder. "Y'know, I've been doing this for years, meaning I know my ins and outs of most situations. With that said," Lila stopped in front of him, though Damian readied a moving stance. Lila evily smirked, finally getting close enough to the glaring boy, just barely able to push her back. "I am able to ruin your Life with one scream, and no one will ever think to believe you..." Lila darkly spoke, causing the boy to growl. Before anything else could go wrong, light tapping and jingling were heard before they abruptly stopped, a new aura growing through the thick sheet of air the girl had formed, prior. "See? Lila Rossi never learns." The two teens look over, though only Lila gasped in the chilly street.

Marinette stood with crossed arms, a police officer right behind her. Both bared a neutral expression, though Marinette's Bluebells bared a certain ecstatic flare to them. Lila backed up, her features quickly shifting to saddened fear before she held her covered chest. "Oh - Officer - I'm so glad you're here! This boy tried to-" 'Click' Lila instantly shut up, upon feeling something clip around her wrists. Marinette clapped her hands, walking back to her betrothed from behind the lying girl. Wrapping her arms around his neck, Marinette briefly hugged Damian, whom still kept his guard up. Turning, Marinette smiled to the officer, whom just grabbed Lila from her shocked spot. "Thanks a lot, Ivan! So sorry you had to see her, again..." Marinette sweetly spoke, her eyes glistening apologetically to her friend. Ivan smiled before nodding, only walking the fidgetting brunette to the nearby cop car that quietly revved to life. "Wait! I'm telling the truth, this time! Please, Marinette's lying about me to get to him...!" Lila's manipulative cries rang out, but the few people that were around silently ignored her, seemingly knowing the drill. Marinette huffed, looking back to her scoffing betrothed. Marinette rose a brow, but still smiled, nonetheless. "You okay, Damian? Lila can be such a manipulative pain..." Marinette tiredly muttered, seemingly knowing the feeling. Damian rose a brow, quietly watching the police vehicle leave behind her. 'Marinette knew that thing?' Damian bitterly thought, only to look back to his betrothed. Seeing her shining smile, Damian could only nod, watching her small smile grow wider. 'My God - my betrothed has more tolerance than I.' 'It's a wonder how Rossi's still alive.' Damian casually thought, smirking soon after. "Well, it looks like we should head back for lunch. Though - that does beg the question," Damian coolly began, gently cupping Marinette's chin in his ringed hand. Marinette's face lightly flushed, her eyes seemingly shining in the cold afternoon. Damian's smirk stayed up, even when he remained still. "How did you find my location? I get it - you're from here - but, I highly doubt you'd find me just through that. Isn't that right, little Zhànshi?" Damian quietly cooed, watching the girl's cheeks darken, while her eyes widened to the sound. Damian held back a chuckle, though a smaller sound erupted in his throat. Marinette softly hummed, gingerly fluttering her eyes. "Y-yeah... I'll explain once we're there." Marinette carefully replied, though her chest tightened to her racing heart. Damian slowly nodded, quietly grabbing the girl's hand. "Then, let's go. I'm sure Dekku would like some Katsudon." Damian coolly mused, already walking before his betrothed could process. Marinette quickly walked beside him, neither muttering another word. 'He can be so confusing!' 'I hope he let's me help him...' Marinette worriedly thought, though her cheeks still flushed to his memory. 'What the Hell am I doing?!' 'I just want to get answers, not bring more confusion to the situation!' Damian quickly thought, trying so damn hard not to let his features falter. 'I just don't understand how this keeps happening...' 'One minute - I'm just standing there. The next - I'm openly flirting with her and feeling something from it!' 'Granted - I'm nothing like my Mother, in that reguard - but, I've never flirted with someone, let alone feeling anything towards them to cause me to flirt!' Damian gingerly rubbed his thumb against her hand, a warm comfort wafting out from the gesture. Damian took a deep breath, upon feeling his betrothed do the same to his hand. 'I've got to find a way to figure this out!' Damian quietly sighed, continuing to stay by his betrothed. Marinette glanced over, her worried Bluebells quietly scanning for something in his distant Forest Greens. 'I can tell he's bothered, but I don't know by what...' Marinette softly thought, lightly shaking her head. 'I know he's uncomfortable with all this, so I'll give him time to tell me...' 'If and when that takes place.' Marinette unexpectantly thought, gingerly biting her lip. The two continued their journey, all of which without another conversation.
