A Team - (Justin Bieber Love Story)

chapter 7 - Too much.

Justin was a tad nervous, for a number of reasons. He was never for Scooter to meet Roxie and Jade, he didn't know what kind of reaction they were going to have to each other but he hoped it would be a good one, then again he knew how Scooter was. He was also nervous for his first interview since the break up with Selena. He was going to try his hardest to not get on the subject but he knew that's exactly what they people were waiting to hear.

Just as Justin was finishing cleaning up his mess in the kitchen Jade and Roxie came trotting down the stairs. Roxie was wearing a pair of shorts with a light colored cami and her hair was tied up, small wisps of hair framing her face. She looked adorable, the only appropriate way Justin could describe her. But Jade, Jade looked the definition of beautiful, with a light blue dress and her dark hair falling loosely down her back and her face containing only the smallest amounts of makeup, she was perfect.

"Wow girls, you both look amazing." Justin grinned at the pair.

"Thank you." Roxie smiled.

"Yeah, thanks." Jade blushed.

In the midst of the conversation there was a ringing of the front door bell and Justin smiled, "That would be Scooter."

A man in his later thirties, with dark brown hair and slight stubble upon his chin and cheeks walked in with a small, but polite smile on his face. "Justin." he said simply before hugging him. "Its so good to see you." He then turned towards the two girls in the room and placed the polite smile on his face once more. "You must be Roxie and Jade."

"Jade." the dark brunette smiled.

"Roxie." the younger girl piped up.

"Well Justin's told me a lot about both you girl's, its so nice to finally meet you. I can't wait to have you be a part of the team." while there was a smile on his face, Scott Braun's eyes told a different story. He didn't trust either of these girls and the team is the last thing he wanted them to be a part of. They'd already caused so much trouble.

Jade placed a plastic grin on her face. "Thank you, that means a lot." she then turned to Roxie who rolled her eyes and plopped down on the couch.

"Hey Justin do you want to uh, go into the study and talk about today's schedule?" Scooter turned and asked.

"Yeah sure, girls we'll be out in a bit." he then turned and followed Scooter down the hallway, flashing a smile to both Roxie and Jade before he slipped into the office.

Jade's POV:

"He hates us." Jade sighed, plopping down on the couch next to Roxie.

"He probably doesn't hate us, he's just, well, he's judging us. Jade, he'll love you once you get on the team and and he gets to know you better."

"You mean once we get on the team," Jade laughed. "he'll love you too."

"Um, about that." Roxie gulped and laced her hands together, placing them on her knees. "I've been thinking about something."

"Okay? Jade questioned. "Spill it."

"I've been in contact with my parents.." Roxie began. "Since the second day we've been here. I've been talking to them all week and well, they want me to come back home and I think I want to."

Jade furrowed her brows. "You begged me to bring you back to Los Angeles, you wouldn't take no for an answer and now you're just fucking bailing out on me." Jade's edginess was starting to get the best of her and fury began to corse through her veins. "You left your parents, packed your shit and got the fuck out and now you want to go back?!"

"Jade, my parents live here in Los Angeles just like yours do, why else did you think I wanted to come with you. Of course at the time I didn't know you were coming back here, and going to be living with one of the most popular stars on the planet, but still. Speaking of, have you watched TV lately, or been on the internet? People are saying so much shit about us. I don't want to stay with Justin, I don't like the limelight. Plus, you two seem to be really content with each other."
