Rachel Thompson books the role of "Sheila" in Fear Street Part 2: 1978. She then goes on to do interviews before the premiere little does Rachel know one of these interviews will change her life as she knows it.

In typical Rachel style, I had no clue what I wanted to wear. I tried on a few different outfits but I couldn't pick which one I really liked. I mean my celebrity crush would be at this dinner looking bad wasn't an option. I ended up choosing this cute a light green top with off white and pink flowers.
Before I knew it, it was 6:45 pm. I called my uber to the Japanese restaurant. My mom noticed my nervousness "Rachel, just breath and be your self! I promise they'll love you" She said with a warm smile. I did as my mom said I took a deep breath and gave my mom a hug. I got a notification that my uber has arrived and with that I was out the door.
The I arrived at the restaurant at 7:05 pm. I was a little bit late but that's just the regular Rachel thing. Just as I was about to walk into the restaurant I heard somebody call my name. I look around confused then I meet eyes with Peyton and Mary. They both engulfed me into a hug warm hug. Once the hug was over I then formally introduced myself to Gianni, Peyton, and Xolo. They all shook my hand. While being excited to meet my idols and now new friends I noticed the person I longed to meet wasn't there.
Suddenly I see somebody fold Xolo's knees causing him to fall. I went to help Xolo up feeling bad because he fell pretty hard and that's was when our eyes met. We both stopped and looked at each other. He broke the silence first "uh I'm so sorry I didn't know you were here already" He said looking down feeling bad. "It's completely fine, I'm Rachel by the way" I said while reaching out my hand. "Oh I probably should have introduced myself first. Uh I'm Jacob" He stumbling through his words nervously. Xolo interrupted us "Ok but which one of you are gonna help a friend up". Jacob and I share laugh because during our meeting we had completely forgotten Xolo was still on the ground.
We soon made our way into the restaurant. I ending up sitting in between Xolo and Jacob little did I know they are the most interesting people to sit in between. Within only a few minutes of really knowing these people we instantly clicked. It's like i've known these people for years.
Throughout dinner we had talked about cobra kai, fear street, life, and I found out Jacob,Xolo, and Gianni are all Magic: The Gathering super fans just like me. Peyton made fun of the boys for playing magic "There goes all you're chances with Rachel, She probably is gonna think you're a dweeb now" She says while looking at Jacob. Why was she looking at Jacob? There is no way Jacob could find me attractive. I quickly pushed those thoughts away for now. "Pey bae, I hate to tell you but..... I too am a Magic super fan" I said laughing. "You're a Magic fan? No way! You gotta come play with us sometime" Jacob said excitedly. "I'd love that" I said without breaking eye contact with Jacob.
After dinner we all head over to Mary's house. We spilt into two cars Mary,Gianni, Peyton in Mary's car and Jacob,Xolo and I in Jacobs car. While in the car Mary sent me the picture she took of Jacob, Xolo, and I during dinner. I smile wide at this cute picture. I decided I should post it on instagram while in the car.

Once we arrived at Mary's house, we all made our way to the couch to get ready to watch a movie. We had decided to watch The Mighty Ducks a true classic. Mary had brought out lots of snacks for us to eat. Jacob and I once again ending sitting right next each other. Mary had said we were all welcome to stay the night so I texted my mom letting her know I'd be staying the night at Mary's.
Only 30 minutes into the movie everyone but Jacob and I have fell asleep. Jacob and I took this time to get to know each other better and it was a blast to say the least. We were talked about everything from acting to our family's. Jacob had told many so stories about his family they sounded like such fun and amazing people. I had told Jacobs about my brothers and he insisted on meeting them eventually so he could play video games with them. When we looked at the clock and it said 3 am we were shocked that it had already gotten so late.
Jacob then put on the third Mighty Ducks movie. We ended up drifting to sleep like the others did before.
a/n : so sparks are beginning to fly between jacob and rachel !! this chapter was definitely longer but it had rachel and jacob finally meeting. I think I plan on publishing a one chapter a day :)) until tmr xoxo r
