When we got to be the door so we can step out. Chloe looked at both of us. "You guys smile even you guys don't like that." We both looked at each and I rolled my eyes. It's not my first time doing the whole thing.  The train stopped and a bunch of guards surrounded the whole place. The doors opened and Tv broadcasters were flashing me. I kept on walking with john I didn't pay attention to them. I wanted to not answer their questions. "Jen please stop wanna ask you about the time you served in the capital?" I stopped and john stopped at the same time and Chloe looked at me and shook her head no.

I turned around went to him and I stood waiting but I wanted to stay something first. "This is what I'm going to tell you. I didn't want my sister to go and I'm not answering any more questions." I looked at him I said it was clear to him so I can move on from that and I walked away from everyone. It was very tight to get through everyone. I followed Chole and we were going to a big building that I wasn't familiar with at all. "Where are we going?" She didn't say anything. "You guys are getting prepped." I didn't understand that but I just into the room that we were assigned to. There was a gown to get into and I took off my clothes and put the gown on and I just waited for a while.

I saw two people coming in with the bed and I stood up and moved backward and they came in and closed to the and a guy went out to grab a small cart of things and I was kinda worried. "Jen we are helpers and everyone doing the same thing and it's ok." I looked at them and sat on the bed laid back and let them do their things. I saw sharp things and some of it was from my face and they got some of my eyebrow hair out of my face and it hurts so bad. They started to do the same thing to my legs and armpits but they use paper and wax. I grunted when they did that and they showered my legs after each wax. They were whispering and I was wondering g if they are done doing things to my body.

They came back over and they cut my hairline so they can get a clear line so everyone can see my hairline.  "Jen you get off the bed." I got off the bed and they put the trash on the bed and walked out with the stuff I waited for a few minutes and I saw people and they walked me out of the room.  They took me to a bigger bedroom that has different clothes and I put that on and I sat there and saw one of the stylists coming to the room. I never had a male figure here not dressed up. He was wearing white and black and he looks so normal.

"Hi Jen, my name is Will and I'm your stylist for this year and I'm very impressed that you were in the capital for a couple of years and you survive it." he walked in and sat down with me and he was nice and calm. He had black makeup around his eyes but he didn't have a lot of makeup on him at all. He knows we are coal miners. "So tonight we have a tribute parade and every stylist is going to dress their districts in costumes that are too much but I'm not like that I wanna dress my district in what district 12 is and of." I  nodded my head and I like where its going and he is the first person to be calm around me.

He showed me his iPad and it was a black suit with flames all over our body but covers our legs and our arms. I really like what he designed our costumes. "Thank you for coming to talk to me." He nodded his head to me ad put his iPad down and turned it off. "I'm here for you snd if you need help let me know."  I nodded my head and walked out and I met John at the same time we had a different stylist that works with district 12 and they started to talk about tonight. We walked to our apartment where we are going to stay.

We turned around they were gone and I was surprised. We walked along and we had nothing to say to each other and we hit the button to get to our floor and I was nervous for tonight.  I wanted it to be over already. I sat in my bed and I turned the Tv on and looked at the news and I was surprised by what was going on in the districts.  I heard a knock on my door and it was  Will and he brought in a suit that was black and maybe fitted and tight. He helped to put it on and I had to suck my stomach in and everything was so tight and so fitted on my skin. He put my hair and multiple braids.

I look so different from this morning and I had to get used to it now because I'm a tribute, not a damn soldier. He put some silver in my hair to get a contrast in my hair. I like the costumes but I can't breathe in but it's ok and I walked out with Will and we can't walk out with our male tribute at all.
