So... It's been a while ey? I got covid then had to write an entire essay in three days so that's why I've been gone. That's my excuse. I'm also hella lazy. Anyways thanks for 9k.

Also I might have a new comfort streamer :) aka manatreed

Today was the day of Dream's football game and George was excited. He has never been to an actual football game unless it was the soccer type of football. But apparently, it's two different sports; One is a bunch of sweaty men hugging each other and a ball, the other is a bunch of sweaty men actually hitting a ball with a foot while crying when they get hit. So, either way, it's a little fruity.

Before Dream had left for warm-ups, he gave George his extra jersey and asked him to wear it. While George thought that was the most cliche-est thing that he's heard come from his mouth, he complied with his request. Except his jersey was so fucking ugly it couldn't be styled with anything. Like it was this burnt orange kind of color with white stripes and it was horrible.

George looked at the thing in disgust and finally decided to just pair it with some jeans and white converse. Maybe it would look better.

It didn't.

George sighed in frustration and gave up. Karl was going to be at his house in five minutes and there was no way he could make the jersey look better in that time without burning it. But it was Dream's jersey so he couldn't really burn it even if he really really wanted to.

The ring of the doorbell went off in the house and George basically ran to the door in excitement.

"Hey George are you ready?" Karl asked with a smile.

"Yep!" George grabbed his wallet from the table and walked with Karl to his car. It was only a short walk to the school but they were both lazy so they decided to drive.

Once they got there, it was swarming with people from the school and the one they were against. From what George was told, this was supposed to be the biggest game of the year and it would decide who would go to the championships or whatever.

George didn't pay attention to the entire thing but that was the gist of it.

The group had told them that they saved a seat for them and it was only a matter of finding it. But with the number of people actually there, it was kind of hard until they saw Ranboo's ginormous frame standing and waving at them.

When they got to their seats the game started and George had no idea what was happening. Like at all. Like what the fuck is this kind of confusion. Men were running around hugging each other and no one kicked the ball unless it was to go between the two yellow sticks in the air.

And it was so god damn slow. Watching a snail would be more entertaining.

But for Dream, George would sit through it all.

When it came to the end of the third quarter, George was about ready to pass out. But fortunately for him, Dream actually scored a goal. Or a touchdown as they call it.

Dream threw the ball down at the ground in excitement and looked up at George to point at him.

George smiled but really it was only out of embarrassment because everyone was looking at him. He wasn't the type of person to enjoy cliches, but if Dream wanted to do them, then he would silently suffer through them.

At the end, their team won and George waited until the bleachers were mostly cleared before going down to meet Dream at the field.

He came out of the locker room with his hair wet from taking a shower and pulled George into a hug.

"Did you like it?" Dream said with excitement.

"Umm. It was definitely something. I had no idea what anyone was doing and what it meant, but it was something."

"Oh," his smile slowly dropping into a thoughtful expression, "I guess I probably should've taught you a bit about football works."

"American football, but yes that probably would've been helpful."

Dream laughed and pulled him into a kiss in the middle of the field like it was at the end of some cliche high school movie.

So... Twitter ey? That's definitely something so I will take back what I said in the beginning for now. I am neutral on the situation but I will say the evidence doesn't really add up to me. Anddd now my cat is attacking me because she is entertained by the clicky clacky noise of my hands moving around my keyboard. Goodbye

Also the epilogue is the next chapter.
