(Dragon Wars) Lost Hope

Chapter 22: It Will Be Tonight

I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at once, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that had seemed to be going on through my head before, which were of course still the stuff that I had seen, of all of the dead dragons, and all of the other stuff that my father had told me about, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
It seemed like I could not get it all out of my head right now. I knew that I needed to as well, as I knew that was not what it was that my father would want from me after just what it was that he had even said to me in the very first place any ways, once again. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to lift my head up, all at once, as I stared at the clearing that was right in front of me right now.
It all felt so strange to me if I was not going to lie to my self, as to the fact that I was the one on top of the rock that was right beside my cave, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that it was usually my father that was there, and I felt like it should still be the case, as I still had not yet got to the point where it even felt real to me, as to the fact that I had in fact been trying to get my self used to the fact that I was in fact the leader.
It was almost as if I was a little bit afraid that at any moment, my father was going to walk out of the cave, all at the exact same time as well, and be upset at me as to the fact that I was in fact standing on top of the cliff, and I was staring at all of the dragons that were even in the camp right at this very moment in time none the less. It seemed to be a normal day, as to the fact that every one was doing the normal stuff that it was that they always did on a day like today, but I knew that just was not the case what so ever, at all right now.
I could tell that there was still a lot of dragons in the camp that were either scared, or they were in pain due to the dragons that we had lost in that battle, as I knew that it had not just been my father that I had in fact lost, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I could possibly do, all at once, all at the exact same time as well, as I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again, as I just began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact that had to do with me needing to speak to all of the dragons that were in the clearing right now.
I knew as to just what it was that I needed to be doing right now, as I knew that I needed to get my mind, and I needed to get my focus on all of those thoughts, all at the exact same time as well, none the less, as I then all of the sudden began to start to move up on top of the cliff a little bit higher, all at the exact same time as well, as to just where it was that all of the dragons that were in fact in the clearing right at this very moment in time as well, none the less, could in fact see as to just what it was that I was doing, and just where it was that I was even at, all at the exact same time too.
As soon as it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that, I saw that a few dragons did in fact immediately begin to start to notice as to just what it was that I was even doing right at this very moment in time, in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time as well. I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could all at once, as I saw those dragons begin to start to head over to the front of the cliff, all at the exact same time as well, as it looked like they were almost a bit excited to hear as to just what it was that I was in fact about to get ready to speak to them in the very first place any ways, none the less.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I possibly could, as I knew that it was late in the evening at this point, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that they all were back in camp at this point, or at least close enough to hear me, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden then began to start to speak to all of the dragons that were in the clearing right now, to make sure that they all had their attention on to me, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
"Every one, come in for a meeting!!!" I yelled to every one, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden began to start to notice that as soon as it was that I had said as to just what it was that I had in fact just said in the very first place any ways, none the less, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to see a flurry of dragons begin to all of the sudden start to fly out of their caves, and their dens, to see as to just what it was that was going on.
I was not all too sure if that was due to the fact that they all had been waiting for me to do as such a thing like this, or if it was more just a normal thing, all at the exact same time as well, as I felt like I had not been paying all too much attention before to really even notice all that much, all at the exact same time too, as well as the fact that I also kind of felt like as well, that I had not been on top of the cliff to even notice it, all at the exact same time as well.
I grunted all at once, either way, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I saw that the familiar face of quite a few dragons that were in fact close to me, all at the exact same time too, did in fact begin to start to go in to the clearing, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw the face of my mother, as well as my best friend Sola, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, all at the exact same time too, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should do, nor was I all too sure as to just what it was that I was even doing in the very first place right at this very moment in time as well, until in the end, I did in fact begin to start to get my mind, and begin to start to get my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again, at that, none the less.
I knew as to just what it was that I had to say, as I knew that all of the dragons that were even in the camp and in the clearing right at this very moment in time as well, none the less, had in fact been waiting quite a bit of a long time for me to do this, all at the exact same time as well, as I let out quite a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too, and I then all of the sudden began to start to blink my eyes a few times, all at the exact same time too.
Just as soon as I felt like it was safe for me to go on right ahead and begin to start to step up and speak, all at the exact same time too, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to hear a voice of another dragon, as it was a familiar dragon that it was that was in fact beginning to start to go on ahead and speak to me, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to turn my head over to that dragon.
I had my head tilted at first, all at the exact same time too, until I then all of the sudden began to start to realize that the dragon that was in fact trying to speak right at this very moment in time any ways, just so happened to be Socra, who was of course my father's best friend, as well as the fact that she was also my deputy, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that it made sense as to the fact that she did in fact have quite a bit of a confused look on her face right at this very moment in time too, as I knew that I had in fact told her that I was going to talk to her before I called gatherings.
I kind of just threw all of that out right at this very moment in time as well how ever, as it seemed like I had in fact forgot all about that, all at the exact same time as well, as I just seemed to have just got my mind on the fact that I knew that I had needed to call a gathering in the very first place any ways, none the less, as I then all of the sudden began to start to nod to Socra either way, all at the exact same time as well, to let her know that I was in fact paying attention as to just what it was that she was even about to go on ahead and start to say to me, all at the exact same time too.
As soon as it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that, that was when I then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to hear her start to speak to me, as I let out a bit of a soft sigh of some sort of relief to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to listen as to just what it was that she was even about to go right on ahead and say to me, all at the exact same time too, never the less, at that.
"What is going on right now Himla?" She asked me, all at the exact same time as well, as I was not all too sure as to just what it was that I should even be doing right at this very moment in time any ways, as I kind of just shook my head a bit to my self all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact as to just what it was that she had even said to me in the very first place any ways, never the less, at that.
I breathed in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I blinked my eyes a few times, and I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind and my focus on the fact that more or less just had to do with me thinking on just what it was that she had said, and also the fact as to just what it was that I had told her the other day, about the fact that I would tell her that I was going to start a meeting, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that I might need help on just what it was that it would even be about, all at the exact same time too.
I breathed in quite a bit heavily to my self all at once, as I got my mind, and I got my focus on to her, as I stared at her right in to her eyes, as I kind of expected her to be a little bit upset at me, all at the exact same time too, but much to my surprise, that did not seem to be the case what so ever, luckily enough for me, as I saw that she seemed to have quite a bit of a calm, and quite a bit of a relaxed look on her face, all at the exact same time too, as I had to remember that this was Socra, and not Sola.
I just kind of began to start to blink my eyes a few times, all at once, as I then all of the sudden began to start to nod back to Socra all of the sudden, none the less, as I knew that it was far too late at this point, none the less, as to the fact that I could in fact go on ahead and start to ask for some sort of advice as to just what it was that I should say, but at the very least, I kind of felt like I should give her the general jist as to just what it was that I was in fact about to say to the entire tribe, all at the exact same time too, once again.
As soon as it was that I had in fact nodded back to her, all at once, that was when I did in fact see that of course, as I knew that Socra was always a quick, and she was always a fast dragon to respond as to just what it was that I was even doing, or what it was that was even going on in the very first place any ways. Socra did in fact go right on ahead and begin to start to nod back to me, all at the exact same time too, to let me know that she was in fact paying attention to me.
I let out quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self, all at once, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus off of all of that other stuff, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and my focus on the fact that I knew that I did in fact need to go on ahead and speak to her, and get all of the sudden did in fact do as such a thing like that, now that it was that I did in fact know that she was still listening to me.
"I am letting every one know that we need to get ready for war... I am going to go and attack Zogan's home, and there will be no mercy..." I said to her, as I squinted my eyes over towards her, all at the exact same time too, to let her know that I was in fact being dead serious with just what it was that I had even just said to her in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time as well, as I wanted her to know that this was serious, at that.
Socra blinked her eyes a few times, all at the exact same time too, as I could tell that she was quite a bit shocked, as well as the fact that she was quite a bit surprised as to just what it was that I had said to her, which I could not blame her for either, as I knew very well that it was not normal for me to be as straight forward as I had in fact just been, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that I usually tended to take things a little soft around the edges, as well.
This was not the case how ever on this, as I knew that it had been my father that had in fact been killed, and he had in fact been murdered in cold blood, all at the exact same time as well, for every one to see, as he had broken the rules of the dragons, that was Zogan of course, as every single dragon knew it, as I knew that there was no harm in what it was that I was doing right now, as I was sure that Zogan had lost a lot of respect, and a lot of support after just what it was that he had even done to my father, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
I knew he was weak right now, as I knew that now more than ever was the time to strike, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that all of the dragons that were in fact in my tribe right now, as well, none the less, were in fact just as blood thirsty as I was, all at the exact same time too, as I knew that they all knew as to just what it was that needed to be done, and they all knew that it was in fact going to happen at some point, as well.
That some point was now, as I knew that this was the perfect time to strike, which was tonight, as I had already told a few red dragon tribes as to just what it was that I had in fact planned on doing tonight, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that this was no such sort of surprise what so ever at all, all at the exact same time as well, as I knew that the night was in fact going to be the perfect time to strike the black dragons, as I knew that they were terrible at seeing during this time, at that, never the less.
I blinked my eyes a few times, all at once, all at the exact same time as well, how ever, as I then all of the sudden got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again, as I then all of the sudden began to start to get my mind, and I began to start to get my focus on the fact that had to do with the fact that I saw from the corner of my eyes, that the entire tribe was in fact staring at me, all at the exact same time as well, never the less.
I gulped quite a bit heavily to my self all of the sudden, as I still was not used as to just what it was that I was doing right now, as I knew that it still just did not feel real to me, and it still did not feel like I should be up here right now, but I knew as to just why, and I knew as to just what it was that I had to do, all at the exact same time as well, as I got my mind off of Socra, and I stared at all of the dragons that were below me right at this very moment in time too, at that, never the less.
Just as soon as I felt like I was about to speak, all at the exact same time as well how ever, that was when I then all of the sudden began to start to hear the voice of another dragon, as it seemed like they were going to speak up above me right now, all at the exact same time too, as I began to start to breath in quite a bit to my self, all at the exact same time too, as I then began to start to turn my head over to that dragon all of the sudden, once again.
I blinked my eyes a few times, as I saw that the dragon that was in fact speaking right at this very moment in time too, just so happened to be Ipse who of course was known to be one of the more wise dragons in the tribe, as I knew that I had to for sure pay attention to him, all at the exact same time as well, as I saw that now that it was that he had in fact known that he had got my attention on to him, he did in fact nod to me.
I blinked my eyes a few times, all at once, all at the exact same time as well, as I still was not all too sure about all of that other stuff, if I was in fact going to be for real with my self, all at the exact same time as well, but in the end how ever, I did in fact go right on ahead and start to get my mind, and get my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now, once again, as I nodded to him, to let him know that I was in fact paying attention to him.
Ipse seemed to just stare at me for a little bit longer, all at the exact same time as well, until how ever, in the end, he did in fact begin to start to go on ahead and start to continue to speak to me, just as it was that he had in fact been trying to long before now, as I did in fact begin to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say to me in the very first place any ways, all at the exact same time too.
"Are we finally going to go and attack Zogan's tribe?" He asked me, with quite a bit of a blank look on his face, all at the exact same time as well, as if he did not really know as to just what it was that I was getting at, even though I knew at the very least, that he did in fact have it right on the spot, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of felt like he had ruined a bit of the surprise if I was not going to lie to my self either, even though I knew that I was sure that a lot of other dragons had probably been thinking the same thing as he had, at that.
I kind of let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at the exact same time as well, as I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I felt like I possibly could, as I then all of the sudden kind of rolled my eyes a bit back towards him, all at the exact same time as well, which I knew that he was too far away to even notice that, so it really did not matter all too much, all at the exact same time as well, as I kind of just gave up on all of the rest of that other stuff that I had in fact been thinking on long before now.
I kind of just shrugged it all off, all at the exact same time as well, as I then all of the sudden just began to start to nod to him, as a bit of a response, all at the exact same time as well, which immediately seemed to turn the clearing in to complete chaos, all at the exact same time as well, as I could tell that there were a few worried dragons in the middle of all of this, all at the exact same time as well, but there was a lot more dragons that were clearly excited for this, and that were in fact supportive of all of this, all at the exact same time too.
I just kind of shook my head a little bit to my self all at once, as I knew as to just what it was that I did in fact have to do next, all at the exact same time as well, since it was that the clearing was going crazy right at this very moment in time as well, at that. I could tell they were all going crazy, and I knew I had to stop it all.
I breathed in quite a bit of a heavy sigh to my self all at once, all at the exact same time too, as I then all of the sudden began to start to speak up very loudly, using my dragon voice to do as such a thing, all at the exact same time as well. It immediately got the clearing to shut up, as they all then all of the sudden did in fact begin to start to turn their heads over to me, as it let me know that they were in fact listening as to just what it was that I was even about to say to all of them, all at the exact same time too.
"Yes... We will in fact be attacking... I have spoken to the other tribes, and it will be tonight!"
