"Jailah?" Dante called me from the back room. I zipped up my dress then walked to where he was
"Yes, babe?"
"are you ready? The wedding planner is waiting for us."
"Yes, I'm ready. Let me just put my earrings in." I walked back into my walk-in closet grabbed my purse and headed back downstairs.
I saw that Dante was outside and just getting in the car so I followed him and headed out.
"I just strapped him in, we're good. Come on." He said opening the door for me. I kissed his lips before he closed my door. I turned around & saw Jahier sleep in his car seat. Dante put the car in drive as I plugged up my phone to the Bluetooth.
"Jailah?"
"Yes, pookie?"
" I want a daughter, what do you think? By the end of the year?"
"Our careers going well so whatever you want. I want a mini-me too."
"I love you."
"I love you more."
We sat back enjoyed each other's company while the music lowly played in the background. We pulled up to the reception hall where the after-party and stuff were going to be held to meet up with our wedding planner Elsiana.
We arrived within the next 15 minutes and went inside. Jahier was still sleeping so we decided to just put him in his stroller so we won't have to hold him.
"Are you ready for this?" Dante asked as he inter winded his fingers into mine. I nodded my head and we made our way inside.
"Hi, we are here for our 2 o'clock appointment with Elsiana." I spoke to the receptionist that sat at the desk as soon as you walked in.
She smiled then typed away on her computer "okay yes she is ready for you. You're going to be meeting her in your designated hall of the day you chose your wedding for. So two doors down make a left and it's on your right-hand side. Oh and congratulations." She smiled then we headed in the direction she told us
We walked inside and the reception hall was so huge and I had big ideas on how I wanted it decorated.
"Hello, how are you, you guys must be Jailah and Dante," Elsiana said as she walked over to us shaking both of our hands.
"Yes, it's nice meeting you," Dante said as she directed us to a table in the corner.
"Okay so let's get straight to it." She started to say but Jahier started slowly crying so I just moved his stroller back and forth until he stopped.
"So what day do you guys plan on getting married?" Elsiana asked then pulled out a binder and notebook along with her laptop.
"September 3rd," me and Dante said at the same time.
"Okay, so September 3rd. Will it be a theme is that a special day of anything so I can help with theme planning?"
"It's the day we first met. At a college party actually.." Dante said smiling looking over at me and Jahier.
"Aww, that is so sweet." "So how about how many people?"
"I would say only about 150-200. If there will be more or less can we let you know after we talk about it more?"
"Yes, that's fine!" For the rest of the afternoon we talked about all the wedding details and then she recommended me to the best seamstress to find the perfect dress.
After our meeting ended Dante wanted us to go on a family date. I decided to vlog the ending of our meeting and the rest of our day to make it into a YouTube video.
"So where are you taking us?"
"Just sit back and enjoy the ride. Right dodda."
"Dada." Jahier responded back. I just shook my head and laughed. I did as he said and sat back and enjoyed the peaceful ride.
We ended up stopping at Walmart "I'll be right back Stay here." I nodded my head and just got in the back seat to play with Jahier while we waited for him to come back.
"I love you dooda."
"Wuv mama." I talked to Jahier for a while and Dante came in within the next ten minutes, with a couple of bags he put them in the trunk and got in the driver's side. I just decided to stay in the back seat with my baby while he held my hand.
"He's good?" He asked then backed out of his parking spot and headed on the road. We drove for another 30 minutes but I started dozing off because I was so sleepy.
"Come on babe," Dante said as he held out his hand for me after he held his hand out. I rubbed my eyes and looked around and saw that we were at the beach.
"Aww, babe," I said then got out of the car. Dante held a picnic basket in his right hand and was holding Jahiers hand in the other.
"Wow, you gonna walk now pooda?" I joked he just laughed and sucked his thumb.
We walked towards the water, and it was a beautiful sight as the sun was setting and the light was hitting the ocean waves.
Dante put Jahier down as he got used to the sand on his feet. He put the blanket on the sand then we sat down and he took out the food from the basket.
He set it up so nicely and then took out flowers and a bottle of champagne. "I love you"
"I love you more mamas." I took out my phone then took a picture & posted it on my Instagram story.

"my fiancè is the best!"
"Here pooda." I said as I passed him some grapes.
"Jailah your really an amazing woman you know that?" Dante said as he sipped on his Champagne.
"And you're an amazing man." I kissed him on his lips.
"So how has work been Tee?" I asked as picked up Jahier and put him in my lap. "Really good mamas. If we want too we could move out that house and get a new one.. also to that baby I want?" He said laughing then rubbing my stomach.
"Boy please, when it happens it happens."
"Yeah okay. It will happen tonight if anything." Dante said playing rolling his eyes.
Jahier laid in my arms rubbing his eyes. "You sleepy, baby?"
"yes mm." He responded I nodded my head and put him in a cradle position and grabs his milk bottle so he could easily fall asleep.
"We could get out of here. It's time for his nap anyway" Dante grabbed all of the stuff and we headed towards the car.
"I need to go to work for a few hours. Did you need to do anything today?"I asked Dante as I strapped in Jahier
"Nah I was gonna chill with my niggas but I'll watch him while you go to work."
"Okay, I won't be long okay. I just need to make sure everything is running smoothly."
"No problem baby we're good." He leaned over and kiss my lips before driving off.
