"Are you girls looking for trouble or do they just drawn to you?" Sergeant Kelly taking down the statement.

"Mostly drawn..." Chloe signed.

"I wasn't even doing anything!" Kendall whined sitting next to her, still trembling from what she saw. "I can't believe it. How could anyone want to do something like that? To Adriana!"

"Excuse me, Officer. Are you done with these girls?" a lady interrupted, Chloe recognized her as one of Adriana's assistants.

"I'm done." Sergeant Kelly tucked the notebook into her pocket. "But I still need you two to come down to the station..."

"To make a formal statement. Yes, I know." Chloe nodded quietly, it wasn't the first time she social with the police, half the station knew her after the school incident.

The assistant was in her early twenties, she wore black suit and silk blue shirt, like a dress code for the crew. She leaned over like she was speaking to little children.

"Hi, how are you? I represent Adriana Gardner, and she would like to have a word with you."

"Oh My God! She wants to meet us?" Kendall jumping in excitement, her anxiety vanished in a blip of a second.

"I'm sorry. What is your name?" the assistant asked.

"I'm Kendall! And this is my friend Chloe!"

"Well, Kendall. Adriana wishes to speak to your friend Chloe, alone. Would you please come with me?"

Seeing Kendall on the brink of tears, Chloe couldn't bear to leave her friend behind.

"My friend is like my sister. Whatever she wishes to say to me can say it in front of Kendall."

The assistant blinked, never had anyone rejecting an invitation from her boss, but in order to deliver her task, she could only nod.

"May I ask what this is about? I need to get home." to explain to my mother. Chloe thought, before she finds out on the news.

"It will only be a little." the assistant answered.

By now the backstage was cleared out and sealed, with two men in black suit stood post at the door. Chloe recognized them as the two who tried to take her, she passed them with awkward eyes.

Inside, Adriana was talking on the phone in a pink robe. Being the victim of a near-attack, she didn't seem as shaken up as Kendall.

"Ahh! Here is my personal savior!" the young star put away the phone and threw Chloe a hug, her accent a mix of New York and Spanish. "Can my assistant get you something to drink?"

"No thank you, but I really need to get home."

"You're Chloe. Right? You were in a show call DANCE MOMS?"

"I left the show a long time ago."

"I'm still in it!" Kendall couldn't hold her excitement. "I'm Kendall!"

"Where did you learn your moves, Chloe?" Adriana asked as if Kendall didn't exist.

"YouTube." Chloe answered, didn't want to get to the details. "If it is about interrupting your show, I sincerely apologize."

"Interrupt? HA!" Adriana laughed out loud. "Do you know how big of an exposure this is gonna be? It's going to be on the news!"

"Please, I really need to get home." Chloe grew impatient. Celebrity or not, she didn't want her mother to freak out again.

"How would you like to come on tour with me?"

"What??" both Chloe and Kendall blinked.

"Yeah! Be my personal bodyguard! My fans will love you!"
