Chapter 9

Adira pov

2 years later

Davien turned 18 two months ago so now it's the age someone can get to know his mate. So, he decided to tell the pack that I am his mate. Matthew told Davien to take over the pack, but he told he will do it when he turned 19. He told me it was because when he became alpha, he won't be able to spend so much time with me. And after he become alpha, I would have to move with him as Luna. I am excited to move with him but also scared to become a Luna.

For the first two weeks since he told the pack I'm his mate it was so tiresome, since i had to tell everyone that I'm not their luna yet. After two months now it's kind of ok. Pack members call me by my name. Davien told me it'll be worse than this once he marks me. When I asked the reason what he told me kind of scared me. Once I'm marked, I'll be officially the pack's Luna and with that soon I'll have to mate with him and that straight goes to have pups with him. Not that I don't like to have pups with him. I love to have pups with him. It's just I haven't really thought about it, and I am kind of terrified. Anyways after marking I'll be ready to have pups, so pack members will respect me more than ever since I'm the one who'll carry the future alpha and then I'll become the mother figure to the pack.
When Davien told me about this I was blushing like crazy. To say even he thought I was having a cold.

Anyways now back to where we were.
Now I'm 16 and my wolf talk to me now more than then.so I guess I'll shift soon. Keren shifted the day Davien told the pack I'm his mate, Meredith shifted too Blyana shifted two days ago it just only I who haven't shift yet from our group.

Now I was in Davien's room with him, watching Aladdin while cuddling with him. Every Saturday we watch a movie and at night I sleepover at Keren's room.

Today Davien was kind of restless. "Davien what's wrong?"
"I- It's nothing princess just.... "
"Just what Davien?" I asked raising my head from his chest while chuckling. But what he told me made my chuckle die.
"It's just......... uhm can I kiss you?"
I looked at him with wide eyes to see him blushing. I didn't have to look at me. I must be same or more blushing than him.
"I- I guess you can..."
He looked at me surprised because he wasn't expecting that. Then he smiled at me while keeping his one hand around my waist and other on back of the neck getting me closer to him. My heart started to beat like crazy. Soon we were centimeters apart, so I closed my eyes

Davien pov

I thought she would kick me out from my own room when I asked her that could I kiss her. I'm not kidding she kicked me out from her room once she got moody when she's in her period, that's a story for later.

But I wasn't exactly expecting her answer. When she said I could kiss her if I say I was happy that was an understatement. I was over the moon. Xander started to run around in my head like a kid in a candy shop.
I moved one arm around her waist and other on back of her neck getting her closer. when I was so close to her, I felt her breath meet my face. And I heard her heart beat it was beating so fast, mine were too. she closed her eyes trusting me. So, I kept going closer to her until I met her lips.

His lips tested chocolate; must be the chocolate milkshake my mom made us while we were watching the movie. The movie was long forgotten. At first, she didn't move her lips. Then we moved away from each other to catch our breath but the kiss wasn't enough for me, so I pulled her closer to me that our bodies touch; and kissed her again. This time she started to move her lips with mine.

Adira pov
After we broke the kiss to catch breath he kissed me again. It took me by surprised but I kissed him back. That kiss was so gentle and pouring with love. His lips soft against mine while butterflies burst inside my whole body. I lock my fingers in his soft black hair pulling him closer to me even if that's possible. Then he started lick my bottom lip, but I didn't know what to do so I stayed like that. Then he lightly bit my lip, I gasped in surprise only for him to slip his tongue into my mouth.

How can something feel this perfect? I thought to myself. "It's because he's our mate, he's so perfect." My wolf started purr inside my head.

We only pulled away to catch our breath once again and started to kiss again.
But only to be interrupted by Keren. "Hey devi can I join y- OH MY GOSH you guys!!!!!!"
We pulled away to her yelling. "Goddess why can't you just stay away from us; and don't scream like a lunatic. " Davien scold her. She made a fake pouty face and left the room giggling. We looked at each other and started laughing too. He wrapped an arm around me again so we could cuddle and started to watch the movie.

"I think by now Keren must have told everyone that we kissed in this house" Davien said as the movie came to end.
"Yeah, if she didn't it must be a miracle"
I said looking at him.
"I'll go to her room now night Davien"
"Good night princess" he said while pecking my lips. "Ugh... not enough just a one good night kiss, a one please" Leona started to whine inside my head I think this is the most she spoke to me at one time. and it was for begging for a kiss "you are such a needy wolf."

Just before I left his room, he pulled me again and kissed me. "Xander is such a needy wolf" was his reason. I left his room giggling. "I think you're not the only needy wolf Leona." Leona and I both started to giggle after that.
