Davien pov.

Waking up to next to your beautiful mate is a feeling you can't explain. Adira was snuggled to me still sound sleep. After all these days without even having to see her, hear her voice, I got the best sleep after a long time.

I look at the bed side watch to see the time. It was only 5.55am. I turned off the alarm I have set for 6am so That loud noise wouldn't wake my baby up.

My arms were around her securing her to me. And one of her arms were under her head. Other one circling my waist. One of her legs were around my waist. And not to mention my morning wood was poking her inner thigh, if she woke up it would be so embarrassing. I changed our positions a little so now my morning wood didn't poke her.

My beautiful mate must be still exhausted from last night activities. Her soft breathing sound were like music to me. Her lips were slightly parted but with her plump pink lips she looked more beautiful and sexier. Her hair was a mess like a bird nest, I think I'm the one who's responsible for that.

The comforter had gone down sometime middle the night, exposing both our chests. Her luscious breasts -that were glued to my chest since Adira is practically sleeping on me- were moving as she breathed. Removing one hand from her waist I brought it to the side of her breast, slightly stroking her soft skin on her breast, without waking up her.
Xander was extremely happy to finally have his mate be marked and marked from his mate.

Her sight made me smile like an idiot. I stayed like 15 minutes cuddling with her happily. Only to be disturbed by the shit face of my best friend I call my beta, Jace's mind link.

"Hey good morning, Davien, sorry to bother you but there is a rouge situation near the south border. A female rogue came across the territory."
"Urggghh aren't you the beta why can't you go check it. it's your duty anyway."

I blocked him with a chuckle. Adira was still asleep next to me. So, letting her sleep I thought to leave her a note to say where I was. I sneak out from the bed without disturbing her beauty sleep. We were still naked. I covered her body with the comforter and kissed her forehead. Then I put on a boxer that was on the floor. Grab new clothes from the closet and went to bathroom to do my morning routine. When I came back from a fresh shower and with fresh clothes my wristwatch fell from the bedside table because my hand accidently hit it. That sound made her stir from her sleep. Feeling guilty I rushed to her side and whispered that I had to go to the border. Then placing a kiss on her forehead, I whispered again.
"Go to sleep baby it's still early, send me a mind link when you woke up."
She nodded sleepily but opened her beautiful blue eyes flashing me a smile.
She made her lips pouty requesting a kiss. Gladly I kissed her but keep it little.
Breaking from the kiss I smiled at her.
"Sleep." I said.

She closed her eyes nodding again. I went to grab the wristwatch that fell earlier. I took it from the wooden floor and went to the closet to placed it in the watch drawer. When I returned and looking back at her, she was laying on her stomach now hugging my pillow. The Comforter was almost at the floor showing her round perky ass. I felt my pants tighten so I took a deep breathe to calm down then make way to again. Before pulling the comforter, I placed a kiss on her ass cheek, and not to my surprise it was so soft. Before any dirty thoughts coming to mind, I settled the comforter so she would be warm and kissed the crown of her head. I left the note on my side of bed in case she couldn't remember what I told because she was sleepy and left the room.
