Raising a Youtube family (Dan Howell & Phil Lester)(boyxboy)

chp 7 few months ahead and park attention

Hey guys as you know I deleted chapter 7 yesterday because I just wasn't feeling it. It also got very little reads so yeah. Here's the new chapter 7

Phil (POV)

It has now been a couple months sense the family visit. Sense then a few things have happened for starters Dil's teeth are starting to grow in second we have actually been looking for a bigger apartment here in London thirdly we have made 3 videos with Dil on Dan's YouTube channel and 5 on my YouTube channel and lastly we have had to take Dil back to the doctors for more immunizations which has made both of our hearts as parents hurt even more. And we are finally introducing food to him today.

"All these recipes for baby food sound so good Dan I don't know which one to choose" I say hoping to get feedback from Dan.

"How about something sweet while also full of nutrition" he says which makes my decision even easier.

"I'll go for the sweet potato and the berry bunch recipes to see which one he likes better."

I then make both for him and we struggle in the beginning but he eats both. We then clean up the mess all over his seat and kitchen. we then remember we are planning on taking Dil to the park today in 2 hours so we put Dil for a nap so he has energy when we take him to the park. Once he is down for his nap me and Dan pack up all go his toys we bought for today park visit and get everything else ready like water, juice, and some fruit for Dan and I sense we are planning on running also at the park while pushing Dil's stroller.

Dil is finally up and in a pair of green shorts and long sleeve shirt and gap jacket and a pair of baby nikes. We then leave the apartment and walk down to the park seeing it is only a 5 minute walk to the park. Once we get their we stop at the play set and put Dil in the sandbox area with a toy truck and a shovel and a bucket. we then go over to the sandbox with him and play with him and have a great time. while we are there family passes by us and the mother shield's her daughter's eyes and mumbles something like "Thats a disgusting way of life that God did not permit". This only brings out Dan's anger as he runs up to the family before I can stop it. He then yell's at them to leave our business alone and stop trying to shield her child from this way of life sense it is everywhere and more and more people are becoming accepting of it. The woman then yells at my husband so I run up to her with Dil in my arms and tell her we didn't mean to get in her way and we will be leaving now.

"Phil this woman needs to learn to stop shielding her family from this way of life. She was being a beash also so it was only fitting I yell at her" he says wining and sounding frustrated.

"Dan there are people in this world who will accept us and won't we just got to learn to accept not everyone approves of our way of life" I say try to calm Dan down and telling him the truth.

"Fine" He whines and we then go back to having fun with Dil and just enjoying our time with our son"

While we are their a few girls come up to us and ask if they can take pictures of how cute we are and how happy they are we are willing to be in public and not feel scared of what others may say about us. We then let them take picture and they also go up to Dil and start cuing over how adorable Dil is.

Then this lesbian couple comes up to us and ask if they can also play with their daughter there and we say yes very joyfully to see another same sex family out in public. We then talk for about half an hour about both our families and our children and rude some people actually are. We then leave but not before noticing how our children get along and have become friends. We then give each other our numbers for another play date.

Shortly after wards we drink some water and go for a run with Dil in his stroller. We get lots of eyes looking at us in disgust and here people mumble hateful things under their breath. we just push it off or I do because looking at the way Dan looks he looks like he is ready to explode with anger at the next hateful comment. luckily then next people we see tells us how adorable we are and say don't be ashamed of who you are and be proud of what you have accomplished. This mellows out Dan a lot thankfully and throughout the rest of the run we get more positive comments and still some hateful comments. we also get people asking to take pictures of us and tell us how proud they are couples like us are not afraid to go in public with their child.

We then get home and immediaty crash on the couch and fall asleep with Dil in our arms ready for what life has planned for us ahead.
