Robin looked around her purse for her apartment key. She put the key in the lock and turned it. The apartment was quiet, her roommate was probably out with another friend. Robin went to her room and threw her purse into her closet after grabbing her phone. She collapsed on her bed and threw a projectile at her dart board. All of her darts broke or grew blunt with how often she used them, so she resorted to using her magic projectiles, made of ice... or whatever she thought of.

"Come on.... Come on..." Robin muttered as the bird crossed the screen, then got obliterated by an airplane. "OH WHAT!?" She tossed her phone next to her and threw another projectile, this time made of metal.

A knock on the door threw off her aim and it barely landed on the board. Robin made the projectiles disappear and slipped her phone into her back pocket. She went to the door and looked through the peephole. She saw a man in a grey suit. It didn't sit right with her stomach and something tugged on her mind. She recognized this uniform from... somewhere... but where? Robin waited for the man to go away as she leaned against the wall where the little window couldn't see. A knock sounded again.

'Go away... go away... go away....'

Robin's nerves were getting antsy and some small snowflakes came to the surface of her skin. Another knock.

More agonizing silence.

Another knock.

The man was persistent, that's for sure. Maybe if Robin hid in her room, he would eventually go away.

"I know you are here," the man said behind the door.

Robin jumped at his voice and covered her mouth.

"We got a call that someone used... magic here about ten minutes ago."

The darts. How could she be so stupid? Robin hesitantly opened the door, but she really didn't want to.

"Who are you?" She said in a small voice.

"Someone who is interested in you," was the reply.

Robin shook her head and went to close the small crack in the door, when someone's hand caught it and flung it open.

"You are under arrest for illegal use of magic. You are coming with me," the man stated as he walked in to grab Robin.

Robin pushed the man back and ran to a room and hid in the closet, judging from the fluffy dresses, it was her roommate's room. She listened as heavy footsteps made their way around the house, cabinets and doors creaked as he looked for her. Robin held her mouth to stay quiet and she formed a small metal blade. The footsteps stopped in front of the closet and the door opened suddenly and Robin rushed out with the knife. The man sideswiped the blade and pressed a pressure point in Robin's shoulder that made her collapse.

"I'm sorry... but you were resisting arrest... that is even more of a criminal offense..." the man said as he scooped up Robin's limp body in his arms and carried her to a car.
